Awful company. I’ve had so many calls and texts. Constantly messaging and saying send a message if you’re not interested I’VE SENT THREE MESSAGES!!!
Their offer was lower than others hence why we went elsewhere but now being harassed constantly.

I understand that you found a higher valuation through another company, however, please keep in mind that we use the Market Price to estimate the value of the vehicle and then use several different tools to give our customers the guaranteed price that we offer (including requesting images of the vehicle to get a better understanding of its condition), which is something that many of our competitors do not offer to their customers.
We do find that many other sites that offer valuations tend to reduce their offer when viewing the vehicle in person and/or hold off on purchasing until they have a buyer in mind putting off the collection of the vehicle which can be several weeks later, which can then reduce the price upon collecting the vehicle as well. It is for this reason that we offer the guaranteed price for 7 days and most of our collections are done within 48 hours of our offer being accepted by the customer to ensure that our customers are happy at the end of their experience with us as well.
Please note, some companies will also add fees later on, charging you for admin costs and same-day payments, for example, which is not something that we charge for here.

Once you submit your details, they call you constantly, easily 20 times a day, which is extremely off-putting. The customer service was poor; the email responses felt immature and overly nit-picky, often focusing on issues that were completely out of our control. It genuinely felt like they didn’t want to buy the car in the first place.
They arranged an appointment for someone to view and collect my car the same day, giving a time of 12pm. I had to take half a day off work, only for the representative to arrive over an hour late. He also turned up on foot, which immediately raised concerns about whether the car was actually going to be taken that day. To make matters worse, he wasn’t even employed by the company, he was self‑employed,which made the whole process feel disorganised and unprofessional.
He pointed out two very minor exterior issues that I genuinely hadn’t noticed before. He then handed me his phone to speak to someone from the office, who flat-out refused to buy the car and didn’t even attempt to negotiate or offer a reduced price. The poor guy then had to walk away, leaving us all having wasted time.
They later suggested I should have declared these issues beforehand, despite them being so minor that I was unaware they even existed until they were pointed out on the day.
Overall, this was a complete waste of time. While BWYC may offer a competitive price initially, the process is frustrating and unreliable. I would strongly recommend going directly to a dealership instead they can properly view your car the same day and provide a far better experience

They were calling me restlessly on Easter Sunday and gave me a price estimation to which I thought it was below the market but then they would not stop calling and texting and when I when I finally responded on a Monday bank holiday, they said they are not buying your type of car right now ! They are a waste of time and I question their legitimacy as well so they should be reported as I’ve noticed the same kinda behaviour
