Cancelled policy and payment via card. Confirmed via email. They took payment in Jan which I disputed. They said no knowledge of cancellation and customer services would contact me. No contact so I sent another email and received cancellation confirmation. Checked with my bank that it was cancelled/deleted which it was. Lo and behold on Friday 20th Feb they took a payment!! I called my bank and they said I should now request a refund as it’s been cancelled but they have card details. I have now been on phone to Big Warranties waiting to be transferred to customer care - again - for 20 minutes. Why is it so difficult to cancel a policy and stop them taking my money - or even answering the bloody phone.
Never again!

We insured our washing machine for a…
We insured our washing machine for a number of years. It failed and we made a claim. The claim was denied.when we asked why we were told it was too old, however they were very happy to continue taking our money. I think that is fraud. Now we seem unable to cancel the policy we understood was already cancelled. There is no email address on their website, the phone number points you to the website, and disconnects the call.
I can only assume Big Warranties dont want you to cancel and make it as difficult as possible.
Would most definitely not recommend this company
