I have used Bijou Baby twice now. Hayley is so helpful and responsive, she provided not only pre-purchase advice and care so we had the right seat for our needs and vehicle, but also great aftercare. She even now, continues to provide great aftercare and advice over a year after purchasing my BeSafe Beyond Car seat.
I have every confidence in her advice, she really does know about safety, but the products she stocks too. Going forward, I wont use anyone else if Hayley can provide them (even if I could get cheaper elsewhere) as the quality of the service is outstanding, this is true customer service.

Really amazing place, Hayley was lovely to talk to, was really knowledgeable and went above and beyond to teach us how to fit the car seat in our car - great with our little boy too!

Great service, communication, price and product

I went to Hayley looking for a new carseat and we found one but then figured it was unsafe for the front passenger and I asked to look at another and it was perfect! Hayley was understanding and very helpful and friendly! Showed how to put the car seat in and made sure my son fit safely too. Very pleasant to talk to and a great visit overall! 100% recommend

I bought 2 car seats for my twins. Product was in a really good price in comparison to other sites. Very quick delivery. Parcel arrived 2 days after purchase. Happy customer. Highly recommend.

Hayley recommended to me by a friend and she was very professional! She was very patient with us. I wanted the movekid however after speaking to Hayley and she explained that it is very upright so perhaps the stretch was better for us. After popping my daughter in it I was instantly impressed and knew that Hayley was right in suggesting this model. She installed it into my car and told me how to get the best fit and did a fit check too. I will recommend bijou baby to all of my friends and I even had some queries with breastfeeding and Hayley was very helpful with that area too.
Overall, a very pleasant visit and will 100% recommend and revisit!

I cannot rate Hayley and Bijou Baby highly enough. She was incredibly generous with her time and knowledge, it helped us make a decision that was right for us. Now baby is here and we’re using the car seat and base, I can safely say it was 100% the right choice. It’s such a dream to use. Hayley even reviewed a photo of baby for me to check the fit of the straps. She is wonderful and I am so glad I found her.

We had absolutely amazing service picking out our baby boys new car seat. She showed us it in the car, showed us how to fit it and how to get him in and what the fit should look like and then we were able to take our chosen seat home straight away. I can’t thank Hayley enough for making my baby boy so safe

The delivery and collection were quick and Hayley was very helpful and friendly. Installed the car seat properly for free.

Hayley was incredibly knowledgeable about car seat safety and provided me with a lot of information. She happily talked me through the seat options and my son was able to try out the seats both in store and in my car.

The facility is not only clean and safe but also thoughtfully designed to encourage exploration and creativity. I love receiving daily updates that highlight my child’s adventures and achievements.

Excellent service. Hayley is so helpful and friendly. The new showroom is fab. She answered all our questions and taught us how to install the seat, how to get a good fit for our little girl, and how to use all the functions on the seat.
Bought a seat there and then, so Hayley kindly fitted it for us so we could use it straight away.
