Collected My Electric Bike from my home & carried out extensive repairs and full service in double quick time & then returned the Bike back to my home. I thought I was in for a new Bike costing several thousand pounds but was only charged £354.

The service cost was more than I anticipated but this was due to the large number of parts required.
Now done the bike rides like a dream. At least 1.5 mph faster for the same effort.

I went for the silver service and my bike came back looking almost like new. Really impressed. Pick up and drop off as per the advised time slots. One improvement would be having the ability to track the status of your order online to confirm picked up, etc. Highly recommended.

Easy to book in online, with good availability. Once booked in the guys are good with keeping you updated through an online chat system as well as phone calls. They give you about 30 mins notice before they are about to arrive and drop off your bike.

That's how all bike services should be. Super convenient pick-up and return, with no need for me to leave home or transport the bike myself. Great job on the Silver Service by Toby. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely positive experience. Bike hero repaired 3 of my bikes, one of them being an ebike. Smooth communication through the process end to end. I particularly liked the request for approval to purchase particular components via workflow tool. It gave me the chance to google the same components online and managed to find an offer, saving some money. They were flexible and listened to my requests! Got the bikes back in flawless condition!

The pick-up service was exactly what I needed, so I would definitely rate it a 10/10. The work done on my bike was completed satisfactorily; however, I have experienced some tethering issues with my electric bike that weren't present before the service. Despite this minor concern, I would definitely book this service again!

My bike feels great after the service, I will book with them again.
I've used three different servicing companies and none have made my bike feel as good to ride as Bike Hero!
I'm glad I asked them to fit the bike lock I bought from them as they found a good place for it on my frame which I wouldn't have done as well as they did.
The quotes were easy to adapt and talk about and it lead to a very fast service.
