Ordered an item almost 2 months ago…
Ordered an item almost 2 months ago now. Dispatch email was received a few days later but the item has never turned up. Emailed the contact email address on their webpage to total silence.
They took the money fast enough though.
Unless proven otherwise, I'm going along with the other reviews here that this is a scam and should be avoided.
It's also worth noting that payments come out as payments to "darcyeleanor.co.uk", which obviously looks like a super legit website 😡

Avoid this business
Appalling business that shouldn't be trading- able to take money and send email saying t-shirt has been despatched, but more than a month later it still hasn't arrived. All my emails totally ignored- complete scam! Now I understand how they offer free delivery, because they don't send anything. I want a refund, but there's no way of contacting. I will give trading standards the link to this page and ask them to investigate.

I’m sure the items are great but unfortunately my T shirt never arrived hence 1 star. I emailed several times and only once got one, saying it was with the post office and there was nothing they could do about it. They still haven’t given me a refund 4 months later

Scam company
Scam company, save your time and money and dont order. Payment was taken, goods never delivered and no response from customer service emails - my bank had to claim the money back to refund me. Also trade under biker-rings.co.uk, a few Wu Wear websites and probably a whole lot more. Do yourself a favour, check the footer and if it is part of the RockMerch brand then dont order from these thieves.

The item hasn’t arrived and despite reaching out to their customer support 4 separate times, I have had no response and have had to claim a chargeback from my credit card. I suspect that this is either a scam or an extremely poorly run business - either way, avoid at all costs.

Like most other reviewers on here I would pref to have given them NO STARS as they are just fraudsters, plain and simple. You buy online and never get what you've ordered. They ignore any chasers and with no Phone Number there is no way to get hold of them. Just say goodbye to your money!
