Haven't received item, no contact from website after I've sent a few emails. No phone number to call. Scam website do not use!

My tshirt never arrived. They are ignoring my emails

I bought 3 t-shirts for my son on 25/01/22 as he had to dress up as a “rock star” for school on 11th Feb. As of today (27/02/22) I still have not received my purchases.
I’ve e-mailed to find out where my order is but again, I have not received a response.
Many words to describe this company and the customer service provided….poor, disappointing, awful, disgraceful. Do NOT buy anything from this website!! You’ll be sorely disappointed and regretful if you do.

I have lost my money! That's all I can say.

I ordered 2 t-shirts and a baby grow and was so excited for them to arrive but been a month and I have not received anything. I got an order confirmation and a few days later an email saying the items have been dispatched but I think that's a bogus email. Reading other reviews I see this company blames Royal Mail but I do not think that email is legit.
I have then emailed the contact email at Biker Rings asking about my order and have not received a response. But I get emails about rating their "products". I am going to keep trying to get my money because it does not matter if I receive the items, I feel cheated.

Can't give no stars but would it I could - DO NOT USE this site, it is fake and I have received nothing, no response to emails either. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.

I did not receive my order and all my emails chasing it were ignored. This 'company' doesn't even have a telephone number. Biker-rings (Rockmerch who they are registered as a company) upon investigation as others have said seem to be a one person operation by a fraudster named CARL HARRISON. He should be ashamed of himself scamming people who earn an honest living. Maybe he should try to do the same. I don't know how people like him sleep at night. Report to the police at Action Fraud and get your money back from your bank's chargeback.

I only hope my review can help prevent others making the same mistake as I did. My bank are now involved, trying to get my money back from these filthy scammers.

Didn't receive my order.
Firstly, the website says promotes 'fast despatch within 1 working day', I received my despatch note 4 days after I ordered.
Secondly, I waited over 2 weeks to contact them as I still hadn't received my order. After no response from the company, I waited over a week before I contacted them again. I was giving them ample opportunity to respond to me after contacting them a third time. It has now been a week since that email and I still have no response. I will be raising a dispute with the bank to get my money back. Really disappointed because I really wanted the products and would have bought a lot more from them if I had a better experience.

Ordered weeks ago and still haven't received. No response via email despite emailing numerous times. Don't buy from this website!!!

i ordered something 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received it or been refunded. Neither have i been given updates about where my parcel is

I have never received my parcel and I have sent 3 x emails chasing with customer service with no reply. Please get in touch to resolve

I placed an order on the 19th of January for two shirts, I received an email on the 22nd of January advising that my order had been Despatched, however I have never received my items or a refund, I have sent numerous emails all but one were ignored, the one that was answered explained that it could take upto 21 working days for my order to arrive, I still want the items so said I would wait, it has gone way past that now, I have emailed numerous times since and had no reply. Very unfortunate, I believe this website is a scam.
