Great way of seeing the general park.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
It is amazing how long it takes to cycle around the park, especially as u need to walk, with the bike, at some areas of the park.

Worst experience in NY to date.
Worst experience in NY to date.. The bike ride around Central Park was amazing, but renting from this place an absolute nightmare. On returning the bikes, they gave my UK driving license to another customer, but instead of being honest about it, they gave so many pathetic excuses, I lost the will to live.. Promises of calling me, keeping me up to date, going to collect my id from the other customer amounted to nothing. I had to call, I had to go back on my last day and have another argument with the so called manager... Useless, pathetic doesn't even begin to describe the situation.. Ruining my time in NY without my driving license I had to cancel a carhire/trip and also left NY without my id. I could not drive for work until I got a new license and struggled to get any refund or compensation to cover the cost for replacing the license... I hate lies more than anything in this world and when a company screws up and keep lying to a customer it makes me angry beyond believe...
