Unfortunately a rather frustrating experience
I am surprised to be Continuously asked for a review since it is more than a year ago that we rented bikes with you at the Central Park Spot. Unfortunately we were quite unhappy with you. The staff at the pickup was very unfriendly, two out of five bikes broke down during our trip, one of them unable to get it back to work. No phone contact Of your company worked to help and tell us what to do since it was later in the day and my husband had to take a cab (not easy to convince the driver to take the bike, too) to get back to Central Park ( extra expenses ). sorry I have no better news for you and maybe you have improved in the meantime since bike riding has become more popular during the past years.
