Bike was in good condition.
Service was quick.
Proximity to Central Park was convenient.
Only problem was finding my way back to the Bike Rent premises - it would make it easier if we were given a small printed map - All roads look the same when you are from out of town!

rude employee
One of the employees that stays on the sidewalks handling the bikes was so rude with me and others costumers. Not by coincidence, it happened in two occasions apart.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. Bikes were not what I had ordered online but went with them anyway. Had two bikes and only given one lock. My son and I rode through Central Park, then locked them up at a bike rack to visit a museum off the south end of the park. The lock only extended so far and found one of the bikes except for the front tire had been stolen. We walked an hour on a very hot day back to the company because they would not pick us up. And they charged me for the bike.

Charged me double and ever refunded
This place charged me double for the bike deposit and then never refunded either of the two $500 deposits when I returned the two bikes in perfect shape. That was $1000. They claimed they refunded my card but it’s been more than two months and still no refund on my account. I’ve had to talk to my bank to dispute the charges. This place is clearly a scam.
