Finally I found some mudguards that fit in the front fork with the added adapters. Riding a lot in the rain the last days without getting wet from the splashing water.

Delivery was difficult

I have no remarks concerning bikester but the delivery of the bike was difficult. I got mails of 3 different transport companies asking my telephone number. I gave my number to them but still the driver of the truck didn't got my number and was complaining that he couldn't reach me as I was not at home during his first attempt to deliver the goods.

I am a costumer since march 2016 with…

I am a costumer since march 2016 with bikester, never had any problems and always good service after sale. BUT my last order...
I didn't receive the order. DPD signed themselves and said parcel was delivered.
After complaining with bikester and giving them all the information they needed, they said the information was forwarded to DPD.
But I didn't get the impression they were worried about the fact that I paid 264 euro's and received NOTHING. I ordered 7 december, today 14 january still NO NEWS, still NO PARCEL!

***UPDATE***
I got my money back from Bikester, but no answer from DPD. Choose a store with an other package handler.

Be careful

Ordered placed on october 24th (shoes, in stock).
Still not shipped on November 4th!
Order cancelled on November 4th; 10 days later still no reimbursement.

The answers from Bikester were "automatic" answers.

Seems Bikester is having issues like other brands in the Signa Sports Group (Chain Reaction etc..).

Avoid in the meantime.

I bought the Qube EXC Red bike

I bought the Qube EXC Red bike, lacking pedals. I immediately sent you information that there are no pedals. I didn't get any answer. after a few days I wrote again about missing pedals, but this time I wrote that as I did not contact me, I submit a case to the Consumer Rights Ombudsman. The answer was immediate, you sent one message asking what is missing. I immediately wrote down what it was about and for a week I didn’t get an answer. To this day I didn’t get missing pedals, I didn’t get money for missing parts. You can draw conclusions yourself from this situation.

Helaas was er geen update in de tracking link, hier gaan we ervan uit dat uw pakket verkeerd verzonden is of verloren gegaan is door de vervoerder. We zien ook geen contact met onze klantenservice. In zo'n geval kunt u altijd contact met ons opnemen, we helpen u graag verder.

Onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak. Helaas was uw trackinglink niet bijgewerkt, we worden hier zelf niet over geïnformeerd en helaas hebben we niet de mogelijkheid om alle trackinglinks van klanten te volgen, het pakket is binnen 2 werkdagen verzonden, helaas ligt de fout en verlies van uw pakket bij de vervoerder.

Het lijkt erop dat één van onze collega's u al geholpen heeft.
