I made a fairly big order of clothing. Everything was delivered very quickly and the things that I returned where refunded the same day they arrived at the storage.

Received a bike that was so badly warped on the front fork that it was impossible to put the front wheel in.
Customer service completely unreachable.
What a joke that you can spend hundreds of euros and be given such poor customer service.

Great quality & timely delivery!
Bike broken within a year and no repair or replacement
I bought a brand new bike and the crankshaft broke within the first year. Bikester only offered 25 EUR to have it repaired, whereas the actual cost is more around 100 EUR. When I pointed this out, they stopped responding to my messages. After various reminders from my part, they finally replied that the crankshaft only has a 6 month guarantee. However, their general conditions mention a 2 year guarantee with no specific exclusions. When I asked what their claim was based on, they never answered. I’m now left with a brand new bike that’s unusable after one year, and no solution whatsoever in sight. Unfortunately, Bikester takes no responsibility for its faulty products, and does not respect the two year guarantee. I would think twice before ordering anything with them.

Customer service lacking
We ordered a bike trailer from their website. The price was competitive and the item was delivered on time. Unfortunately there was a problem with the quality of the item and the plastic screen ripped from its stitches after a few days. Customer services offered a raincover as compensation, which was not sufficient for me as the trailer was quite expensive. I have not received any further messages from them since despite multiple attempts to contact them. I have even contacted the manufacturer who said they would replace the defective part but the request must come from bikester. I have sent this information to bikester and heard nothing back. I would say this website is absolutely fine to shop on, as long as you don't have a problem. Maybe stick to cheaper items.
Edit: spare part was eventually received two months after the initial complaint, but I still wouldn't like to have to deal with the customer service again.

Ordered a bike online but arrived with damaged paint
Ordered a bike online, shipped pretty fast but arrived with damaged paint which is disappointing. Despite that I would order here again. Despite it having the .be domain the bicycle shipped from Germany so I'm not sure if it shipped directly from the manufacturer or from a warehouse.

Very reliable, great service. Had to change/return products several times, and it all worked without any problems.
Terrible Costumer Service, Buy Elsewhere
A lovely bike but broke within a week of using it! Costumer service has been appalling, I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to reply to me now! My advice, just buy elsewhere!

Parcel hasn’t arrived
Parcel hasn’t arrived. Hermes doesn’t recognise the tracking number I was given by Bikester and Bikester has ignored multiple emails requesting an update. Really crap service.
Good & fast delivery
Everything was delivered nicely & properly protected.
Bike was in line with expectations & specs.
Only downside was the 5EUR discount code that did not work while placing my order. Can´t say that they did not want to accept it as I did not complain about it. Guess it is just a technical glitch so I placed my order as I did not want to wait.

I ordered a bike on 16 May. I was first told that it would take 11-15 days for my package to be delivered. I was then told that it may be 15 days before being dispatched. Finally i was told that it may be up to 15 working days before being dispatched. Its now been 17 working days (and 24 days) and stil no dispatch. They don't reply to emails and there isn't a telephone number thagt works. Do they actually have any bikes or are they just a scam company?
