Delivery problems (DHL)
Very happy with the service by Bikester, but delivery by DHL sucks: home delivery only during working hours (both my wife and I have a full time job, so nobody home during daytime). Delivery in a local parcel shop was refused by DHL as "parcel exceeds maximal dimensions of 80x50x50 cm" (my parcel was 70x60x25, 2,5 kg !!!!!!!!), so in the end I just came home from a 2 hours drive (150km) to the DHL Parcel distribution center to collect my package, on my day off.
Conclusion: I don't order at Bicester anymore unless they guarantee another delivery company with better service.
