For the order and the material I am satisfied, but not for the delivery! There was no one at home at time of delivery, so the courier dropped the box just in front of my door in a visible way so someone else could take it!!! Seen the cost of € 200 I can not accept this

Only part of the ordered items arrived
Only part of the ordered items arrived, not in a box but stuck together with adhesive tape (entirely due to the mail company). Unfortunately I had made some mistakes when ordering, so I had to provide a box and send almost everything back (luckily without having to pay extra for it). I did get a 10 Euro gift card as compensation and got the missing items sent again (but alas a little mistake was made even though I sent an email with every detail). The new order was ok, but arrived only a week later.

The gloves were too small.
no online tracking code or form that needed to be completed online.
We just had to fill in a document and put this in the box, sending back to Germany.

False start
For about a week the website told me the package was sent to the delivery service, but they had not received anything. This could be better and more accurate. Though action came quickly after my e-mail, which was answered fairly fast and very polite.
The package finally came about 1 week later than expected. The box was semi opened, but everything I ordered was inside.
The delivered goods were all very good and exactly what I ordered.

Wrong brakeline
I ordered the hydraulic brake line 1700mm (which is about 170cm.
But I only got a piece of 17cm of brakeline which is completely useless.
I'm even missing the pieces to fit the brakeline.
