Finally I found some mudguards that fit in the front fork with the added adapters. Riding a lot in the rain the last days without getting wet from the splashing water.

No refund for returned products

I ordered a few things including some gloves. I kept most of the things but returned 2 pairs of shoes and the gloves. The gloves were too small and I just wanted to order bigger ones. After days of waiting, still no news or refund. Now they claim I never returned the gloves. Unbelievable, I wanted to order bigger ones. But not anymore. Also they treated me like a stealing criminal, while I'm 100% sure the gloves were in the box. Never will buy here again!

no answer to 2 emails

Products are fine and as described, delivery was quick. I however had a discount count which did not work and i contacted the company twice but no answer. this annoys me so much that i will not order again.

edit: they respond in July to my post of February, what is the use??? no answer to emails either

I bought 6 packs of SIS energy gel

I bought 6 packs of SIS energy gel, 2 of them expires in december.. The rest in april or something. Now I am forced to use them, didn t like that. For the rest dpd always leaves pachets with goods everywhere without signature.

Waited almost a month for delivery in oblivian

Waited almost a month for delivery, No delivery, No updates, No responses from customer service explaining or informing the delay. After almost a month my items (which never arrived) were send back to bikester without my knowledge. Bikester finally ‘explained’ (when the items were back with them) that Dpd (which they use to deliver) kept them in the loop and returned the items even without bikesters knowledge... very strange and highly questionable... In the end bikester is responsible from purchase to delivery. Its a poor excuse to explain they knew nothing the whole month... Maybe a tip for bikester (alongside a much better customer service) : drop DPD as an unreliable and unprofessional partner. DPD is bikesters choice, not the customers.

Refound problems

They still owe me €75,98 after is sended some products back, but,after alot of emails i still have no answer. And it's also impossible to call tghe helpdesk. People don't order anything one bikester

I try to contact customer care of…Retour of bike of 3000 € !!!!!

I try to contact customer care of bikester and since 4 days it is down.
I tried every hour and i filled in @ least 4 contactforms because i'm not able to create a "retour label" because my bike is to small for me!!!. They 15 days are expiring tomorrow and the bike costs 2999 €. So i really don't know what to do and no feedback from their side.

I bought 2 bikes for a value of over de 5000 €.

Bad attitude towards customers

I had a bad experience with this company.
First the good part about them: they have competitive prices and this is why I decided to buy from them.
Now for the bad parts:
1 - the site is offered only in Dutch (no French or English) and since I do not speak Dutch it put me in a bad position by not being able to understand all details (partially my fault that still decided to buy from them)
2- bought a Cube Hyde Pro 2016 from them. Delivery was ok. Used the bike for 15 km (3 days back and forth to work) and I decided it's not for me ( tires too big impede speed and range of the Nexus internal hub is not that good). Decided to buy another bike from them (Cube Cross CMPT 2016, more expensive than the first) thinking that they will take this one back and I will get a refund.
Asked for return instructions for the first bike and they said is not possible because the bike is "used" now. Their site mentions misleadingly that you can return stuff back, otherwise I would have not bought a bike I could not try or see in real life.
Asked them couple of times to cancel my second order if they do not want to refund my first one and they said it cannot be cancelled but that I can refuse delivery ?!?!!!
Decided to keep the second bike. Received it and has a problem with shifting gears it jumps over a gear while downshifting for the front derailleur (needs a fine tuning). Hope they will fix this for free, waiting for the answer.
I have bough the second bikes on my company to deduce VAT. Due to some issues with their site the invoice had not my VAT on it and my accountant said this is necessary. I explained customer support that I need an invoice with my VAT number on it, they said cannot be done. Even if I explained it was their site that had an issue as I have put my VAT number in the customer details section. Nothing. So I lost more than 100E here. I am still looking for the competent authority to file an formal/legal complaint.

So if you know 100% what you want you can buy from them. Otherwise forget it as they don't care about customers. At leat this was my experience.

Thanks for your feedback! We´re sorry the site is not available in English, but since most people in Belgium are speaking either French or Dutch or both, we decided to keep it this way. On the site you can read that returning the order is for free and you will be payed back, IF, and only if, the article is not used. This makes sense, because if the article is used, we cannot sell it to anybody anymore. Furthermore, if the order has been send through the system, we, as customer service, simply can´t stop the order from being send. But you can return it for free and get payed back, again, if not used, during 100 days.
