1000 euro order paid for with no confirmation after a week

Waiting a week already to even get confirmation if my bike will get delivered or when. 1000 euros paid. No response from customer service. I understand things aren't easy now but just some communication would suffice.

I take orther for new bike. 22.04.22 product be send to me but number tracking not working and i dont have any contact with bikerter. Phone contact dont work. For e mail dont ansver. Never again this company

Stay Away!!!

Stay Away!!!
Koerier lost or damaged shipment, tracking status is THEY returned package to Bikester.
Bikester after 2 weeks still Not refunding my 500Euros, I did not send bike back, this is problem between Bikester and Koerier.
As a solution, I asked them then to send again the Bike since the first order was returned, they asked me to pay a second time, so pay Again! 500 eur when they did not refund the first order, ridiculous, STAY AWAY from this company!!

You might be wasting your time

Bad:
- Item description did not match the product: helmet had no MIPS and was not Unisex - box says "Women's Collection".
- It took 5 working days to arrive not 2-3 as advertised.
- delivery tracking is not really accurate.
Good:
- refund process was super smooth and got my money back, delivery included.

One of the worst online shop which I've…

One of the worst online shop which I've ever experienced with. I purchased an e-bike with a delivery time of 3 workings days (reference number .BNL1722349). After 16 days and hearing all kind of nonsense excuses I decided to cancel my order. Then it became even more annoying that the customer service told me that I cannot cancel my order unless you return it( the bike which I haven't received!!!).
One of the most irresponsible customer service without any decision making power! They didn't even bother themselves to put any efforts in this case!

Ordered a set of Jagwire Elite ILink…

Ordered a set of Jagwire Elite ILink shift cabling.

On arrival I tear open the bag only to find the original Jagwire packaging inside to be destroyed already. This meant all the (very small) parts were just floating around in the bag.
Also I noticed dust on some of the particles giving it a second hand feel all in all.
Upon close inspection of all the parts the inevitable showed: of the 2 pieces of LEX housing only 1 was included, the other one was missing.

A superannoying experience. Will definitely not order here again. Cant believe Bikester sends a customer a broken, incomplete packaging.

Floater City Bike

I ordered a Floater City Bike and receive it on time as expected . Problem came up after the assembly of the bike when I realized that the brakes where not the ones advertised but cheaper ones used on a lower specs (and price) version . I send 2 emails to customer care but there was no reaction at all. Tried to call them and for 3 constant days the phone was of due to "technical problem" .NOT RECOMMENDED

No customer service

No customer service in The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, & Germany. BS standard replies everywhere e.g. 'due to technical problems we can't answer the phone' / 'due to internal training bla bla bla'. That is basically just lying to your customers. Straight garbage.

No money back after return. Received a confirmation that the return was received and would be processed within days. After a month of radio silence still no refund.

Extremely unreliable service, avoid ordering.

Extremely unreliable service, avoid ordering. Something went wrong when ordering a product. After the payment was completed, the site didn't respond and so my order didn't come through.

I sent this, together with my Iban and other bank account details. However, after 4 weeks there is still no sign of Bikester and they're still holding off to pay back the amount paid.
I think Bikester is in financial aid and you should all avoid ordering at their website.

Very poor and unreliable service…

1- The order has been lost during the sending phase. After 4 phone calls with customer service they have resent half of the goods. The other half has not been arrived.
2-The customer service phone line is most of the time out of order. I will never use this firm again

No bike, no communication - very disappointed

We ordered a bike, which was supposedly on stock on a Monday, with a lead time of 2-3 working days. So in theory on time for my daughters birthday party on Sunday....
But no delivery, no bike and I have been trying to speak to someone from customer service, but no response!
I am worried if I see my money ever again.

Rear cassette disconnected from the…

Rear cassette disconnected from the rear wheel after 7 months of use. Bikester says this is normal for their bikes and won't let me claim warranty. Currently trying to combat this, but thy ave awful customer service.

Wanneer u tussentijds onderhoud aan uw fiets pleegt, vallen dergelijke defecten onder onze garantie. Als dit niet het geval is, vervalt de garantie na 6 maanden en is het inderdaad normaal onderhoudt. Het spijt ons als u het idee had hier van te voren niet voldoende over geïnformeerd te zijn. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.
