Service was super friendly. The bike was very good and fit exactly my needs which included cycling through the city and the outskirts of the city to reservoirs and farms.

Item took a little while to arrive - probably direct from the manufacturer - but a fair price and well packaged

Lightning-fast next day delivery, even when I placed the order late in the day. Communication about the process was faultless too. Not a big name retailer, but worth your trust.

The service we received was fantastic, the rental booking was simple and straightforward and the bikes we rented were in good shape. I appreciated that we received helmets & locks along with the rentals and found the prices to be reasonable.

Bike I hired was well set up and gave me no problems on a 125 mile cycle. Thanks Biketrax.

The team were able to accomodate my request to hire a different bike than the one i booked, with no fuss. The bike itself was in showroom condition and they ensured the bike was correctly set up before i set off and even loaned me some spares and basic tools for my ride. Very impressive service, with a smile. Would not hesitate to hire from them again. Location is very convenient to the cycle path along the union canal which for me linked me to the Pentland hills for my MTB ride but also opens up a network of paved cycle paths as well if that is what you are looking for.

Wish I could rate less that 1 star. Hired 2 bikes for a Sunday jaunt. The manager requested I pay a deposit of £400. I explained that I didn’t have my credit card and enquired if a debit card would suffice. He assured me that the money would simply be held and given back upon return of the bikes. It is now 5 days later and I am still to receive the £400 in my account. It was explained that the bank is the one holding my money, which is true, however, there was no warning from the store of the delayed receipt of funds or a recommendation to use a credit card. Upon phoning the store, I was told to “calm down”. I am not the type to complain and I am very understanding, however, this was a bad experience which has left me -£400 due to lack of information given by the store. Will not be returning.

We hired an ebike from Biketrax. We messed them about a little with the booking but the guys were very relaxed and professional and were happy to sort us out. From start to finish our experience was 5 star. Very helpful organised and friendly bunch. The bike and equipment were all in good condition and we had no problems over our 2 day hire.

Hired a bike on a couple of occasions from Biketrax and very happy with service and quality of the bikes. The guys are all cool and love their riding especially off road and fixies. I've hired a lovely Genesis carbon road bike and a Saracen gravel bike and they were all set up and working perfectly. Nice one

We unfortunately lost our own Bikes (through Theft) 10 Days before embarking on a cycling holiday.

Due to other time commitments were unable to consider the purchase and kitting out of of new bikes in the available time. We consequently hired 2 Hybrid / Touring bikes from Bike Trax to allow us to take part in our planned Cycle Holiday..

The bikes provided were Ridgeback Velocity Hybrids which were presented in a clean and well maintained condition. The bikes came provided with Lamps, Locks, Repair Kit and Pannier Racks, and whilst we were able to provide our own pannier bags, we were offered a loan of pannier bags by Bike Trax, as part of the deal.

Both Bikes performed faultlessly throughout our trip.

Thanks to the lads at Bike Trax we were able to have a great holiday, despite the unfortunate loss of our own bikes.

The team of Biketrax is very friendly and does a great job: we rented bikes for a whole week and drove on rogue tracks without any problem or technical damage.
So the bikes are of good quality and well maintained.
Therefore the prices are very fair.
