I was more than happy with the service received from Mel Dunn in the chat and on the phone and Dan Leech the service engineer.
All sorted within 4 hours from original enquiry.

Natalie is our account manager and since coming in, she helped us to resolve a number of issues, communicates with us in a clear and timely manner and has got the account support running smoothly.

Great customer service from a lady name Bimla. Really helped with the issue and got a engineer book into take a look at the problem.

Karolus is fantastic. He is the best. I have learned so many valuable tactics for introducing water supply in my hotel for staff and guests. I will put his plan in my hotel. We randomly met at petrol station and I approached him by seeing his van and trust me he motivated me to go for business. Its amazing.

Karolis came this morning to carry out our billi tap. He was fantastic, he was prompt and very nice and friendly. He also kindly walked me through what he had done and how the tap was working.

Our tap broke and it took a week for someone to even look at it.

Billi Taps are great in themselves. Super handy and serve everyone's needs within the office. The company is great to work alongside, too. Pete and Julian are very helpful and efficient. We are moving offices soon and need to take our Billi Tap with us. The pair have made the logistics of the move very easy, taking all the organising off our plate and will work behind the scenes to ensure the transfer is seamless. Great communication, efficient and professional. Super happy with Billi.

We have been customers of Billi for a while, and we’ve always been satisfied with the service and the quality of the tap. Unfortunately, we are now cancelling our service agreement due to changes at our head office, but this decision is in no way related to the excellent service we received. Rey has been incredibly helpful and understanding throughout, and we truly appreciate the support. We would definitely use Billi again in the future and recommend them for both their great products and outstanding customer service!
