Very fast, good price, great comminication

Bill provided frequent and informative emails regarding the status of my order. The Arrow mufflers for my Ducati were made to order and shipped from Italy to Miami, at which time Bill processed thrm to ship to me immediately. Total time ftom order to arrival, less than 3 weeks. I am satisfied! I have not installed them yet, but I did inspect them. Everything was well packed, zero damage, and the TIG welds are beautiful. I suspect the welds are done by robot because they are so consistent. If they were done by a human fabricator, he or she wins an award for truly beautiful work.

I thought everything went very smooth…

I thought everything went very smooth purchasing my exhaust from Bills exhaust.I was told my exhaust kit I ordered would take 6-8 weeks to come in . It took 7 weeks to arrive at my door . 6 weeks before I got my delivery label . I was very impressed with my service. Thank you !
