This game takes your money and the more money you put in the more it takes.
They let you win a few times per day and no matter how much you deposit, you still lose. And no matter how much you wager, you lose.

They are a TOTAL Scam. They made New Policies but don't advise you they did, nor do they send them to you , nor are they anywhere on their site to read. Trying for 6 weeks now to get paid out .. and told I have to LOSE $7200 to them before I can get paid .. BUYER BEWARE

I actually am filing a lawsuit against them .They make it impossible for you to withdraw because they wont verify your identity. After several tries , I still had no luck. I contacted customer service and they were quite rude. I told them my dilemma's and she basically told me ."oh well"! Now , that was not right so I went back a few years and I found out that Bingomania did not offer payouts due to regulations in my state. put thousands of dollars into this particular casino and was horrified at what I was reading . I double checked and it's true. Now I am getting all my banking statements and going too add it all up for the years of 2020-2022. I hope they give me my money back without any problems but that's doubtful. do not waste your hard earned money here.

I have been playing on Bingo Mania for over a year now. I've gotten paid out 7 times over this period. The last withdrawal I submitted was on 7/19/24 with no success. I contacted the help desk and they told me to verify my identity. I tried over 20 tines and every time when you click on the verify button the app shuts down. I've tried contacting the help desk 4 more times now and no one will respond!!

This company is run by scammers I had an issue in a new slot game and tried to report the issue and they took all my money and closed my account asking for billing info to reopen my account *do NOT play this game!*

Unable to get a payout from them. Their payout process is unreasonable. They only process payouts on Mondays. They are a total ripoff. Totally unsatisfied. Tried to resolve issues thru their chat feature. No success.

I was buying max card numbers and played several games with only 16-20 other players. The same names won several games. Statistically with the number of cards I bought and the number of people playing, the small number of paltry wins I had and the same named winners of big prizes, I deemed these games to be rigged. Since they're out of country I would warn everyone not to play here.

I have played bingo here off and on for 20 years. It used to be quite reputable. Recently I deposited $200. It was posted on my CC as "med equip mex". Then there was a $55 charge for overseas payment. So $255 total. I immediated called to reverse the $255 charge because I knew I had not ordered any medical equipment. Then two days later I was blocked on Bingo Mania. I called to find out it was because my latest purchase was reversed. I called the CC company and told them my reversal was a mistake and explained that I had not realized what it was. The CC company then paid Bingo Mania the full amount. I have tried repeatedly to clear this up with Bingo Mania but they refuse to unlock my account OR to admit they WERE paid. This has been going on since July so at the point I have no hope they will ever open my account so I have been scammed for $255.
A year later: They are requesting the same information I have sent several times before. My CC paid the $200 but I am still banned. My opinion has not changed. BEWARD

I have played on this site for twelve years. I've won a lot and lost a lot. They sent me free spins I won $36 , played this up to $300 tried to withdraw but because I hadn't deposited in last thirty days they wanted me to downplay to $100 and meet wager requirements which was $1500. When I asked about the wages I had spent 1213 spins at $1.50 each says only from time of the deposit. 12 years meant nothing

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any online casino was here at Bingomania!! Not just once or twice but three times now I have been infuriated and disappointed to tears because I was told I couldn't have my withdrawal. This last time was the last straw I requested them to terminate my account because they screwed me out of my $500 saying you needed a deposit within last 10 days if you won part of the money from a free spin which did win $40 on the day freespin and it's up to their discretion weather or not to allow the payout and of course they denied my payout. The catch on this site is you can't deposit if balance is over $100 or have a pending payout so you have to pay down to under that to deposit which means all winnings gone!!

They have no issue taking your money, but when you ask for a withdraw all of a sudden it's a difficult task. Practically impossible to withdraw money. And you have to withdraw within 30 days of a deposit and you can't deposit if your cash balance is over $100. So how do you withdraw funds? Don't waste your money here. So many more legit gambling sites.

Been playing for years. Found out I had to have a balance of $700 or $750 to withdraw. Then, decided I'd just play till my balance was around $1k then I'd withdraw. My first contact was I had to verify my account to withdraw. I did that. Then, I had to make a deposit within 30 days to withdraw. I couldn't make a deposit because my balance was over $100. As mentioned by someone else, I had to either play my balance down to $99 to make a deposit ... or.. if they.. BingoMania reduced my balance to the $99. so I could make the deposit I'd lose my balance which was $1100. and some change. So, they took the balance down to the $99.00 to make a deposit. I deposited $40. Now.. a couple days later, it dawns on me.. If I don't make the $700.. balance to withdraw I can't deposit again because I'm over $100. If I'm over the $100 and under the $700. They take my money again. So.. no purpose to play. Save your coins and find something else.

I use to win sometimes but now you have to meet wagering requirement to win. Right now My wagering requirement is 7250.00 so needless to say I will never win again because no way I will ever reach that amount. I hate this game now!

Terrible policies. I joined in March of 2023. Deposited a few times and won enough to play without depositing additional funds. Finally hit a decent win over $1000 and can't cash out because I hadn't deposited in the last 30 days. Tried to deposit and can't because I have over $100 on my account. So . . I can either play it all back and get my balance under $100 or forefit enough of the $679 I have in my account to get the balance under $100 so I can make a deposit (and the of course have nothing to withdraw). Terrible, terrible policy. Makes it impossible to ever receive a payout unless you miraculously hit a big win the day you deposit.

Please do not play at this place because they will never pay you your winnings. they have every rule so that you never can get your money from making a deposit in 30 day to not letting you make a despit if you are over 100 dollars. I tried to withdraw and they said I had not met my amount played limit which was 10 times the amount that I deposited. So, I keep playing on my winnings. now I am sitting at 850.00 in winnings, and I can't withdraw because I have not deposited in 30 days. I can't deposit because I'm over 100.00 limit to make a deposit. this is a racket. If I can get at least one person to run from this place i will have helped someone with the heartache of thinking that they won big. if I keep playing their system will keep letting me win because they know that I can never withdraw said winnings. PLEASE SAFE YOUR MONEY. they give you the free money with your deposit, so you have to get that 10-x time spent which keeps increasing with every deposit. for writing this review I'm sure that they will close down my account with them 85 years old and been scammed. I hope that they are proud of the heartache that they have caused me because I realy need the money.

Scam. We deposit the money to play and win. But after winning we can only withdraw what we had deposited.
