Customer support is worthless. I had a dispute and my account was blocked. I had more than $6000. in bonus play sitting there. Then I reversed the dispute immediately but they refused to unblock my account. More than 20 years playing once in awhile on this site. "A word to the wise".

I was a player from 2005, and I win many time and easily cash out and get paid 3or 4 days, but now I deposit $100 and I won a bingo and when I going to cash out, they said I have to wager $8000 eight thousand dollars!!! How I can wager $8000 so I never can cash out, I ask to clear the promotion or play just my cash and they can't clear the wager! Impossible so to many years to this is an scam

They used to be a ok site to gamble but now they force you to take bonuses with impossible roll overs to meet and even if you get lucky and come close to meeting the rollover they raise it up without you knowing they should be reported on every level of crime to their players never use them again steer clear of bingo mania at all costs.

This game is fake. It's the first game I have ever played for money. I had never used PayPal either. I had 2 cash outs totalling over $4000. When I went to cash out, it said I needed to pay a PayPal fee, so I did. Then, I needed to pay Federal taxes. That made sense to me with that large amount. Then, it said to excelerate the withdrawal, pay another fee. I paid over $60 and both are still pending. One is at 10% and the other is at 27%. They have both been sitting there for a couple of weeks.

We can file a class action lawsuit against them they owe me a payout too been waiting for 3 months

Win cash! Cash out anytime! BS!!!! I tried to "cash out" with about $4000.......they charged me $6.99, $7.99, $12.99, another $6.99 and another $7.99.....and still nothing. I am going to stop payment on these charges.....this is a scam!!!!!!!

I have a payout of $1000 and they keep asking for fees to cashout! I paid the 1st fee of 7.99, then they wanted 12.99 for national fees and i didn't pay it. I don't know where these liars get off doing this! TOTAL SCAM!!! Im afraid to pay nemore cuz i have a feeling it's gonna ask for more money. They take advantage of people who really need the money and give them hope that it will eventually pay out!

Tried to charge a fee to transfer. I verified with Google that they do not require any fees, whether they call them transfer fees or platform fees. It's a total SCAM.

If I could give them a zero I absolutely would. This site is the biggest of scams there is. I say all of us should get together and sue them for their policies that purposely railroad us and prevent us from being able to withdrawal andy money however keep sucking in our money with no problems. They get away with it because we allow them and they are never held accountable for their actions. Everyone has to be help accountable in one way or another I think it's time that we the people who they stole our hard earned money from say enough is enough and put a stop to it and try and recoup some of our losses back from these money hungry thieves.

I downloaded the game and played for a couple days. I hit $5,000.00 and decided to go ahead and pay the fees that they asked to get the money. The acceleration fee is ridiculous. I payed one fee and then another for the acceleration fee
Now they are asking for more and I am still stuck at 11% on the payout . It's been 3 days and still nothing, but they did take my money with no problem. Be careful, I think they got me and I am just giving a heads up to you all that it is a scam.

have been a frequent player at Bingo Mania for years. Bingo Mania likes to give you "daily gifts" such as free spins or a $10 credit here and there. I had gotten lucky and hit a "progressive " gave for $200 and then was able to get that up to 1k. I decided to withdraw $750 of what I won. They review payouts on Monday and they told me that because I won off of free play and haven't deposited money in the last 10 days, I can't withdraw any funds, and the funds are there for just "fun" now since I didn't meet their deposit requirement to withdraw the money that I won! If I wanted to play for fake money, I wouldn't play at a gambling site that supposed to pay real $. What a joke! What's the sense of playing $750 real money if I can never take it out
I won't be able to ever get that $750 I won so why would I keep playing it? Maybe, I could get it up to 5k which I will never get paid out, since I haven't deposited in the last 10 days? Also, they bounced a payout check a few years ago to me which was $1500. Player beware.

This bingo site is the last bingo site you want to put your money into if I could give it zero stars I would God knows they don’t deserve one when I tell you they are so rude an nasty to there loyal customers who have been apart of the platform for many years if I could show you all the emails and how they respond to me you would think it was a joke honestly. they did pay me my cashout that was pendiing fpr 3 months but since i still had over 500.00 in my account I could not deposit but felt my last deposit should still be honered and allow me to do another cash out. Today one of their employess did my cash out for me. I am very happy with Mania for putting it through since all I have been through waiting paiently 3 months for my withdraw. Thank you Mania

I was wrong thinking bingo mania was going to do a turn around and become a honest site . They put a wager on all accounts even though they said it would not include players who joined after 2023 . They only care about themselves and they know players won’t be able to cash out when they have to wager 600 percent bonus. My friends said they will never come back here again and deposit. That’s what happens when sites become greedy .They will keep losing players and will go under because nobody will keep depositing money and making them rich when they won’t ever be able to cash out .what a shame . There’s other sites that have no wager and you can cash out any day of the week week and you get your money the same day ,
