Fantastic Customer Service
Travelled for over 2 hours to view a Audi A4 Avant. Alex was fantastic at answering my questions and helping me reserve the car the day before visiting.
The car was fresh stock and required an MOT, Alex arranged for it to be MOT'D first thing ready for my arrival!
The car was lovely and Alex met us and was keen to help with questions bit left us alone for plenty of time to look over the car and it's documents.
I ended up buying the car, very happy with the vehicle and service!

Brilliant customer service
I can only comment on customer service as I picked my new car up yesterday however my experience with Birchwood, and Alex in particular, was brilliant. He was very communicative with us from the moment we phoned to register our interest for a vehicle we had seen online (we did not want to drive over an hour to go and view a car that had already been sold as we had this experience with another garage) and set our minds at ease after reading some of the more negative reviews and not at any time did he make us feel like we were dealing with a 'sleazy car salesman.' As I only collected the car yesterday I cannot comment on the warranty however the car being serviced by Birchwood when they received it and an MOT last month has put our minds at ease. Thank you Alex!

Have had my TT for just a week now. Had really Great service and a professional job on my new car; Scuba.
Morgan and his colleagues were really helpful and Great to be honest. Which was what I wanted. An ease with peace of mind. Car is in great condition with a full service history, documentation.
Scuba was delivered to me looking Great with a full tank of fuel. She drives beautifully and would definetley go back to Birchwood Motors 🙂

We found an ideal car in Birchwood…
We found an ideal car in Birchwood Motors through a popular car website with great reviews. The 50+ high quality photos were already a sign of their diligence. Also AA approved dealers. We had a video call where I was shown the car, agreed to a paid delivery, got the car today and it is brilliant.
At all times respectful, not pushy (even if we wouldn't have taken the car), test drove the car and took it. Seamless experience, Alex, Morgan with top service and Oliver delivering the car. 100% would recommend.

Excellent Service
I bought a Skoda Superb that I saw on Birchwood Motors Motors Site/Auto Trader. Alex was very helpful on the phone especially as I was communicating from Aberdeen. Very good on answering the phone and WhatsApp messages. Got the car delivered to Livingston in Scotland (for a fee) on a trailer driven by Ollie who was a very nice guy who works for Birchwood. He was very good and helpful at sorting out the paperwork - road tax etc, at a Starbucks next to my hotel. Car was in very good condition and just as photos on the web showed. Also spoke to Morgan on phone on occasions, he was also very nice and knowledgable about the car. As I am an older person it was great to speak with someone rather than communicating by email etc.
Thank you all very much and I am very happy with my new car. I have no hesitation in recommending Birchwood Motors to anyone looking for new vehicle. Alan
