We visited the Borough market store and it was a wonderful addition to our visit to London. There are plenty of options and the staff really cares about allergies and the needs of their clients. The staff member that served us was very lovely, I asked for an alternative for cows' milk and she was very attentive, suggesting the ideal blend for flavour. I ended up with a fantastic oat milk macha tea, low on the sweet taste like I asked for 🤩!

Would absolutely recommend, a must to our next trip to London^^.

I recently visited the new Lincoln store and the customer service was second to none! The staff were super knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy and it really felt like an experience rather than just being sold to. It was my first experience trying Bird and Blend and I'll definitely be back! My favourite so far is the Pumpkin Spice blend :)

Delicious Tea and strong customer services. Been ordering from here for a couple of years now. Quality is fantastic and very impressed with recent customer services after our delivery got wet in the rain. Thank you Claire and everyone at Bird & Blend. So many delicious flavours and I love that you can buy smaller trial packs to find your favourite. So hard to find good chai and your sticky chai is my all time favourite.

The tea and matcha are good quality and are really good to drink the flavours are good. Obviously everyone has different tastes, I don't like some teas and others I absolutly love!

The customer service is always amazing, issues have been solved quickly

Sadly I tried this company after wanting to for a while and I LOVE chai and love gingerbread ...but me and hubby absolutely hated this chai. Tried about 3 cups each making it various ways to see if I could save it but nope was very heavily spiced (which i generally like strong spices) where I almost poured it out the first time. Tried various syrups sugars cold instead of hot even making it weaker etc nope, wasnt just the spice could hardly taste the ginger even though it smelled of it a lot and smells amazing...Sadly a no go for us. Was looking forward to it being super ginger bread :(

I wanted to try the matcha set but not so sure now.

My wife likes a fruit tea, im not fussed, I got her the autumn gift set, it was more than I wanted to spend but looked the part. The website is really good and it's easy to filter products, my order arrived when I asked and looking perfect

I am converted! My absolute favourite is baby spice. We are giving up naughty treats and alcohol, a lovely bird & blend tea in an evening is just the trick for a little end of day treat.

The teas seem expensive but your favourite flavour in bulk works out less than 15p a cup.

My son and I recently visited the Exeter branch of Bird & Blend. We were looked after so well by the wonderful team there, who were super enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the wonderful teas they sell, not to mention kind and engaging to us both. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase, but we left with a number of new goodies to try. Thank you so much!

Recently went into the new Sheffield branch and the staff were so lovely and really knowledgeable about their products. They had so many flavours and some great products I've never seen before - sticky chai is a must! And their matcha is so nice

Went to Exeter B&B for a tea blending workshop - absolutely brilliant; Kat and Amber were so friendly & super knowledgeable about tea :)

My order arrived quickly and I was very excited to try out the flavours I had picked out, 😋 I started with Bannana bread chai and I can confidently say I am in very happy with my choices so far and can not wait to experience the other flavours. I also got the brewdini steeper, super easy to use and makes brewing a cup of loose leaf nice and easy! The only downside was my perfect tea spoon arrived broken but a quick message to customer service and that was quickly resolved. No stress no hassle, as some one who gets super anxious about having to ask for refunds or replacments I was pleasantly suprised and relieved at the short sweet and helpful interaction. Over all I am happy and impressed!

I absolutely love seasonal teas and I have just tried Bird & Blends Spiced Pumpkin Pie tea and Bonfire Toffee tea. I usually buy similar from a very high end shop known for great quality but the Bird & Blend tea surpasses that. The taste is amazingly well put together and blended. Very easy to order, posted efficiently and superb customer service and loads of brewing advice and recipes. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company. My experience has been superb.

Wonderful experience visiting the York store today. Abbie provided the most wonderful customer service. A wonderful array of flavours to tempt you!

On the 12th August for my daughters 21st Birthday we headed off to Manchester for a shopping experience and knowing how much I love tea she introduced me to Bird and Blend where we met Kim our tea aficionado.
What I liked was being able to sample the various teas especially one of the matcha variety of teas, a first for me, smooth warm and comforting.
There were so many amazing loose teas with wonderful aromas. Kim was great at describing them all so knowledgeable and passionate about tea, pulling down the many many stainless steel tea caddies at our request pouring out samples for us to smell and offering us her experienced opinions on each.
We must have been with her easily an hour and felt under no pressure to buy. It was a fabulous experience.
I had no idea at all that there could be so much choice.
Everything felt so natural and organic which as a vegetarian is important to me.
With some difficulty I made my mind up, buying several teas and biodegradable tea sacs for
loose tea, received some
freebies before reluctantly leaving but not before my Daughter had her cup of iced Birthday matcha on the house. A lovely gesture.
I can recommend Love potion. Just brewed a cup with a slice of home made cake. Amazingly refreshing.
Sri Lankan black tea, cocoa shells, rose petals, freeze dried strawberries, coconut. So refreshing and a delight for the nose even before the milk goes in.
So if you're in Manchester make the trip to Bird. Sample some tea in a lovely friendly environment. You wont regret it. Thank you Kim. I will definitely be back soon.

Can you explain why you pride yourself on being a fantastic company to work for yet fired my friend for an issue that wasn’t even their fault? As a loyal customer I’m actually disgusted at how you’ve treated your employee especially as they were fired for an issue that could easily have been proven was not their fault. Fired on the spot instead of being offered a chance to prove it wasn’t them and told to just go home and that they weren’t needed. I will no longer be buying from your company and will be letting people know how unethically you treat your employees. Wonky stickers are not a reason to fire someone.

Made a trip to the Nottingham branch of Bird and Blend with my sister who was visiting from the United States and had the pleasure of being looked after by Hadley who made the whole experience soo amazing! We were already massive fans and after the trip we are even bigger fans both of the tea and of the amazing staff who are clearly very passionate about what they do, love a bit of Bird and Blend and for sure we will be coming back for more!!

Having my first ever B&B tea (butter toffee) and it's a 10/10. Can't wait to try the rest and cold brew it. Definitely recommend for taste and the packaging was cute too and very customer focused. I also got a free sample
