Quickly fulfilled the order. Plus a range of free tea to try as well. What is not to like.

We visited the Edinburgh branch at the weekend while in our weekend away. We walked in, and there was many teas to choose from! Myself being a really fussy tea person who only drinks the usual normal tea was really stuck on what to look for. We were greeted by a lovely staff member who helped myself and my partner find the best tea, taking note of what we both like. We also bought two glass mugs and were very happy with our purchase. We got back to our little cabin to find my partner's mug had cracked. I was so careful with the bag I was so upset as was he. I emailed bird and blend to see if they could help as the mugs themselves are quite pricey (worth every penny though!) we had a very quick response from Ian who was really helpful and managed to send us another mug. The customer service was absolutely brilliant and were so helpful! Thank you so much! I really hope a branch opens up in Aberdeen so will have to use online for now but you definitely have our custom! Highly recommend :)

Had a very positive customer service experience with Claire who resolved a mis-addressed parcel promptly and effectively over the phone.

We went to the Brigthon Bird & Blend Tea Co twice in a week because of the amazing tea and the superb customer service. My family had a sample of the Peppy Mint tea at a shop and after doing some reading, we discovered that the Bird & Blend Tea Co started in Brigthon. We tool the train from London to see the store and taste it's tea. We felt in love with the blends they have and the incredible customer service and knowledge sharing that we received from the staff; Will, Luke, Danii, and Betty. They made our experience at the store so incredible that we returned a week later and left with about 6 large shopping bags full of teas. The company owners should try to instill the same fabulous customer experience to the stores in London, as they lack the hospitality and care we saw in Brigthon. The teas as still magnificent, but the the service at the Borough Market store made us take the train back to Brigthon for more tea.

I want to take a moment and CONGRATULATE for your staff in the Sheffield store, I visit the store almost every week since you opened, and always feel so welcoming there!! The staff are the most loveliest, frendlier, helpful and very informative!! 🥰

Discovered 'Dozy girl' blend a few weeks ago so popped into my local Cambridge store to top up. It looks beautiful, smells divine and tastes wonderful but is quite bulky and the pack I bought split in my handbag on the way home. The team at Bird and Blend very kindly replaced it for me immediately. Very impressed with the prompt and thoughtful service.

Had a fantastic experience at the Manchester tea taster session on a Sunday evening. Olly and Chiara were brilliant and knowledgeable hosts who created a relaxed and friendly environment. The breadth of teas was vast and not something we've tried before. At no point did it feel like a sales pitch or pressure to buy anything, which was very refreshing. Fantastic evening out and, as it was a virgin experience gift, would very much recommend as a present for a tea lover.

I made a purchase of the cold tea set in October, the delivery was fast and they popped in some of the hot tea to try. The tea is lovely and I have since ordered more. You must try this amazing tea.

Bought a set of drumstick flavored teas as a stocking filler, beautifully wrapped and packaged with a nice note and free samples. Love to see it!

What an experience. Visited the Norwich branch and was genuinely so impressed woth the customer service I received. The product knowledge, packaging and store set out was great. I had never visited a store before but will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful time with Tamsin and Katie trying multiple combinations of tea that I had never thought to try before. We also got to try matcha which I am now hooked on. It was the perfect mix of fun and educational, as well as ridiculously tasty!

Had a fab morning with Becky and Scott doing the tea workshop! Their knowledge was excellent, the tea was incredible and there was such a wide range of tea samples to try throughout the work shop. You even got to blend three of your own teas at the end. There were 6 of us participating. We would totally recommend to any tea lovers out there!

I have a few health issues, and I've been recommended several times to reduce/remove caffeine for various reasons. I've always been a coffee drinker and, until recently, I couldn't bear the thought of a life without caffeine.

For some reason, a couple of months ago, coffee started to give me the ick, so I switched to tea. I then started to notice a pattern where I was having evening migraines if I'd had caffeine during the day. I decided to take the plunge and completely phase it out.

I'm now a Bird & Blend obsessive! I've been drinking Deckchair Dreaming at night for a long time, but I'm now working my way through sampling every low and no-caffeine tea B&B has to offer. My current favourites are Banana Bread Chai, Baby Spice, and Apple Strudel. I can't wait to try cold brewing next year once the weather starts to warm up, and take the chance to try some of the fruity offerings.

I also love the sustainability credits of Bird & Blend. I love that all packaging is either recyclable or compostable, and I love being able to use and re-use a tea strainer rather than throwing away tea bags.

Finally, I'd love to shout out the staff at the Nottingham store, who are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful - Eva is always so wonderful! I recently visited the Newcastle store, and the staff were just as lovely.

I am a returning customer of this company, their teas always taste lovely and very much taste like what they’re meant to. I recently bought the Christmas tea bag gift box, yet again they didn’t disappoint! The snowball flavour (like the chocolate/coconut covered marshmallow balls) is my new favourite cuppa! The mince pie tea bags were good too, as were the mulled cider and gingerbread chai, which had a satisfying ginger hit. I love trying their flavours both in tea bags and loose tea forms. I will be buying myself a big tin of the snowball tea, so it keeps me going after Christmas. I would highly recommend the company, and their products.

I went to the bird and blend tea course and it was amazing , I went to the Manchester one and the two women running it was excellent. I would highly recommend had such a lovely evening.

We'd booked a tea blending workshop back in June. Husband was knocked off his bike on the way to it. Phoned B&B, they were wonderful. Postponed our workshop and even sent a get well soon package with lots of lovely tea and a card.
Booked the workshop again, 2 days beforehand, we both had awful colds. I emailed asking if we could postpone. They said yes, no arguments. I thought that I might be pushing my luck, but no quibbling. Lovely lovely people. That is what customer service should be like.

0 star experience because of their poor customer service. They treat you like ghost when the shopping experience turns sour by ignoring your emails/ feedback. Had they close the loop with an apologetic email and suggested resolution, it would have appeased the entire situation.

I made an online purchase of their 2024 advent calendar. Unfortunately, the parcel was delivered to the wrong location. I contacted the delivery company immediately who failed to take action for their lapse in service. I then wrote to B&B hoping they provide assistance. Ian from B&B brushed me off with a rather flat response. That is showing such disrespect to a customer. My parcel ended up in a different location instead of my doorstep (so much for offering doorstep delivery).

Unpleased with how the after-sale service went, I enquired with B&B about the location of my parcel - to which I did not receive a reply. I also provided my feedback about my displeasure about the after sale service. And as expected, they would not reply to that.

They branded themselves as a people & product focused company. Totally did not live up to that name! They somehow are still about to spam your email with product launch even after you have unsubscribe from their mailing list.

Please stop sending automated emails to your displeased customers!

Bird & Blend staff were awsome.
The delivery was sadly damaged and they resolved things super quickly and very kindly.

I can't recommend them enough as this experience certainly gives me great confidence that they really do care about their customers.

Hopefully, this my positive experience also give others confidence in this company too.

A friend recommended this company whilst we were visiting Newcastle and safe to say - it was amazing!

Greeted by lovely smiling staff, the shop was clean and tidy and even had some free samples out. I'd never had matcha before but wanted to try it and asked for a recommendation, the lady with the pink hair (sorry I've forgotten your name!) Gave me a lovely background of some of the flavours I'd like based on my current tastes with fruit and suggested some added syrups so it would taste like banana bread! It was delicious! The banana flavour matcha really did smell and taste very strongly of bananas so a win win for me. I ended up enjoying it that much I bought the banana matcha starter kit for home and have been enjoying them since.

I plan to expand my horizons with the rest of the flavours as they all smelt divine 🥰 thank you bird and blend Newcastle team for introducing me to matcha and making it a pleasant experience at that!
