XEPAY
XEPAY, the terms agreed at the outset were explicitly 0.3% for debit transactions and 0.4% for credit transactions but they charged 0.42 for debit and 0.52 for credit. misrepresentation and unfair contractual practice.They even add some other charges as well be very careful with this fraud company and without intimation they extend the contact 18months. Which is unfair

“Called them about a card machine if you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and generally treated like your time doesn’t matter, congratulations, you’ve found your dream company. They’ll happily brag about ‘amazing rates/deals,’ but don’t hold your breath delivering on anything is clearly above their pay grade. Exceptional incompetence, 10/10.” Stay Away!!

Broken machine won't replace until almost 2 weeks since we requested. Our contract ended and they renew it each time without any consent from us or even a renewal informal
All sounds as a scam when you start having problems with the machines.

All the promises of easy and hassle free until u get to twelve months where as the adverts don't tell you they automatically rolled u over to an 18 month contract they issue no reminder and no warning that they are doing this. The till system kept crashing and they did issue another till but it was not a new one by any means. Obvious signs of use. The software support when u got through was quite quick it may take an hour or two to get through but when u do they sort the issues out. Get to the end of twelve months tho where u think you own the till and the attitude changes cancellation fees support stops dead of course and they keep taking a monthly payment despite cancelling a direct debit. I've read on some reviews that even after they have paid a cancellation fee that xepay x pos have continued to take payments
Stay away dont enter into any contract with them dont fall for hassan sale blurb and warn all your friends not to trust this company. Im getting legal advice and I welcome anyone who's had issues with this company to feel free to contact me and join me in raising a case against these lying fraudulent people

It is a good company they take care of you
It has been a confusing situation to begin with because I wasn’t sure which card terminal to go for. I just started my business so just wanted to go for something cheap.
When I got the card terminal I realised that I needed to move around with the machine to take orders but the one I got was the one which is fixed on the table.
The sales member did advise me to go for the WiFi machine at the beginning but I made the wrong choice.
It took some time getting everything swapped but it is all done now and working fine. The technical team helped me every step of the way and I want to also apologise for my foul language as you can imagine it gets frustrating but the team was very professional so thank you to the team for the patience with me.
It is a good company they take care of you

Charged my card, then when queried kept sending the same template by email again and again. Then stopped responding to all emails. Reported to CC card company as fraudulent company.

Hidden Charges with XEPAY (proper scam and Trap)
Hello All,
Please read this carefully – a humble request to save your time and avoid unnecessary issues. Do not waste your time with XEPAY.
Their website clearly states that everything is free, however, the contract includes multiple hidden charges as outlined below:
Equipment Damage/Loss: If the equipment is damaged or lost while in the customer’s possession, the customer must pay £250 + VAT as a replacement fee.
Late Payment Fees: The customer is fully responsible for timely payments. XEPAY will charge up to £5 (ex VAT) per day for overdue payments.
Leasing Fees: The leasing fee for the Card Terminal is £8.33 + VAT per month, payable on the 1st of each month.
Restocking Fees: At the end of the contract, XEPAY will charge a £250 + VAT restocking fee per terminal. If the terminal is returned in non-working condition, missing accessories, or not returned at all, the customer will be charged £350 + VAT.
Cancellation Fee: At the end of the contract, XEPAY will also charge a £150 + VAT cancellation fee per terminal.

A bunch of thieving rude scammers!
Xepay Xepos Xonder… all the same.
Stay away from them please. Their machines are faulty or non-functional. When you ask to take the machine back or get a refund, they simply toss you about for weeks:
unanswered phone calls, hanging up on you or simply telling you a list of nonsense that doesn’t resolve the issue.
Please please be warned. You buy their products to your own detriment.
They are now telling me they do not offer refunds and even if the machine is useless, I can keep it.
They’re rude and disrespectful and all they want to do is get hold of your money.
The machine is simply a toy that doesn’t work.
I am begging you, please don’t buy their products and suffer like I am. I even doubt they’re here in the UK and won’t be suprised if they’re operating from India.
They are a no-good thieving bunch of scammers, playing about with people’s finances and mental Health.
Please run a mile and avoid them like a plague.

Cancelled my contract via email in 2023 december because I was unhappy with the customer service. I even contacted them to tell them I was not happy with the service provided I was fresh into the contract and realised they probably weren’t trustworthy.
They continued to take money out of my account regardless. I cancelled the direct debit once I noticed they were still taking money out. The direct debit got reinstated somehow. When I contacted them to ask them why they keep taking money, they claimed to never receive my email, despite the fact I had the physical email displayed on my phone, addressed to the correct email address.
The handler I was talking to then tried to tell me I had the wrong email address. I asked him to repeat the email address in which he repeated the email address I sent the email to.
I told him this was the email I just read out to you and he kept trying to convince me I emailed the wrong email address. When telling him I want to cancel the contract, he then went on to tell me they had automatically renewed the contract and I can’t get out of it until April?!
Despite the fact the terminal has NOT been used since december 2023, and I cancelled via email in December 2023, they are adamant I emailed the wrong email address despite the fact I have the proof to show otherwise.
Please please stay away from this company. They are very nice at first but when it comes to customer service or cancelling, you’re left with no choice but to be scammed or take legal action.
Unfortunately I will be taking legal action against this company. They refuse to let me out of my contract until April 2026, despite the fact they are aware I haven’t used it and attempted to cancel in December 2023. My next step is to block the direct debit again and contact the bank to ensure it is not reinstated.
