I am having the same problem others have had with the offer code for those subscribing to the newsletters. Won't work, and then tells me I've exceeded my attempts at using the code. Thought it was all too good to be true. I was quite an enthusiastic new customer, but looks like I'll be abandoning Birtchnells before ever managing to place an order. Just too frustrating.

I originally wrote a bad review due to discount codes not working on the Birtchnells website, this was addressed by Tony Clark and a few personal phone calls later, my product was back ordered and the discount applied. Due to delays from the manufacturer the wait was long but Tony kept me informed every step of the way, the item arrived today and is gorgeous. Sometimes mistakes happen but customer service is not about being brilliant all the time, it's how you fix the problems to make your unhappy customer happy again. This was achieved.

Great online store, quality brands at very good prices and a fantastic personal service. Thoroughly recommend.

Recently needed urgent replacement of a dress shirt. My previous supplier no longer stocked style of fit needed. Found Birchnells on line, easy to order & when there was a potential hitch in delivery ( nothing to do with Birchnells,) the business owner telephoned me personally, provided the solution with my concurrence, & ensured my timescale was met. This ranks as one of the best retail Online service experiences, & I would certainly use them again & highly recommend them to others. An exceptional quality service.
