Ordered 2 pairs of trousers from the shop which were ideal but when they arrived they had a strong smell of damp. Emailed them twice and on both occasions the emails were ignored.
Quickly delivered and I like the leg length as I always wear Bermuda socks for golf in shorts and am a 34 inch inside leg.

Outstanding customer service
I have bought jumpers for my husband several times from Birchnells and I would certainly buy from them again. Very speedy delivery, and outstanding customer service (they actually had a jumper made especially for me when I couldn't get the exact one I wanted!). This is an excellent company and I can't recommend them enough!

A proper handkerchief
Very few companies sell this particular product ,and most sellers are from spain.The handkerchiefs were reasonably priced,and arrived quite quickly.The service from Birtchells was excellent,and i would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good service.
