Bisto Beef Lasagne. Absolutely dreadful avoid at all costs. So liitle mince in it and an awful sweet sauce. Bit of mince i got was all gristle. Came out of the tub after being microwaved and looked like slop. Not like the firm meat filled lasagne on the picture.

Shame that there is no opportunity to do a minus review. considering that bisto has such a good reputation, I have tried several of their meals and all are tasteless. in each case of these meals I only managed 1 or 2 mouthfuls before throwing them away. Horrendous... DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY!!

I had family from Ireland for Christmas Dinner. I got organic chicken + veg from a farm in Herefordshire.

I made a mistake by getting vile Bisto Gravy Granules. Everyone had poured it on their dinner and asked me did I spill sugar somewhere.

I was fuming.

I checked the gravy - it’s loaded with sugar. The label had sugar - they loaded it with sugar as a filler.

I complained to Premier Foods.

Sarah - Customer Relations Advisor said they sent me vouchers - I never received them. People don’t care anymore. I don’t want them anyway - Disgusting

aaaaah Bisto sickening

There are only two things that I can say about this bisto shepherd's pie...
1.Pure slop...
2.Baby food...
As I've got some more in the freezer which will be getting binned tomorrow...I wont be buying any other bisto product...
Stick to just selling bisto gravy...

My partner bought my mistake from frozen section instead of from chilled area. It smelt bad, looked bad and tasted terrible.... i had lasagne

I got fed up of cooking during lockdown.
Your £1 ready meals are perfect, they taste delicious.
BUT
There is gristle😲😖 in EVERY single mouthful of cottage pie, shepherds pie and hotpot anything with Meat in!!!
My kids called it gristle cottage pie and gristle hotpot😖 they won't eat them anymore. It was going to be my easy suppers.
Please will you take this on board?💖

The clasic shepards pie is a huge let down expected far better with bisto stick to gravy

Bought a Bisto Chicken dinner advertised as 100% chicken breast.

On cooking found it to be 90% bone and 10% gristle.

Returned the packaging to Kerry Foods (as requested on the box) who originally denied receiving it but now have advised "they cannot respond during the Covid19 pandemic".

Honestly I cannot believe that a company with such a well known name as Bisto supply such an incredibly poor quality product but also then will not accept ANY responsibility.

Just had a chicken hotpot ready meal.....biggest mistake ever!!! I purchased this expecting a tasty quick meal from a well known brand so I expected quality,how wrong was I!!! There were two tiny pieces of chicken and ONE tiny chunk of carrot. The rest of it was just gravy and potato. What a massive disappointment never again will I purchase any bisto ready meals often you find ready meals have little meat but to have no veg either is disgusting!!!

I bought the Bisto Shepherds Pie, and hubby and I had one each for lunch today.
Dear god in heaven, I will never, ever buy it again - it's disgusting!
There was a very thin smearing of completely tasteless goop under a thick layer of totally unseasoned mashed potato.
The goop had gristle AND bone in it and I don't believe it had any meat.
We buy this kind of thing for a lunch at work as it's quick and easy, and hubby hates sandwiches etc.
But truly, don't ever buy this, I simply can't tell you how revolting it was.

I do not think many would disagree with me when i say "Bisto" is a brand name that every family has trusted for generations. The trust built on a foundation of quality products and the launch of the Bisto ready meals range would have suggested that quality continues however sadly that is definitely not the case. These meals are packed with cheap ingredients fatty meat and extremely salty to taste. Very disappointing Premier foods i feel you have let you and us down.
