BitOasis is generally a decent app/website, but I've had issues with their depositing methods. Credit card deposits have never worked for me, and while customer service claimed they are working on it, there's been no improvement. Now, even wire transfers are failing, and I've been trying to resolve this with customer service for two days.

The removal of their customer service chatbox is a step in the wrong direction, making issue resolution less efficient. Despite these problems, I stick with BitOasis due to poor alternatives like Rain and CoinMena. I hope BitOasis improves its customer service and fixes its depositing methods, especially for users outside the UAE like myself in Qatar.

Best crypto axchange in uae till now. Evrything works perfectly but sometime it have some glicthes but its ok. I have only one thing to say if u can make changes on it whenever we buy in pro market why it cant be like others to be on (orders) separately so we can know that how much is my profit and loss on that buy. Just i think u have to work on it to make it more perfect.

I started trading with Bitoasis since 2017, and till now they have been my favorite platform

The main purpose of any platform is trading right! they don't have that most of the time, the platform is frozen it is not functioning, simply you cant do anything all of the trade orders are stopped and this is not the first time when there is a bull run or the market goes up it suddenly become frozen, full of tech issues, i submitted my EID over 20 times and the system keep asking for a renewed copy! prices and fees are ridiculous, it is like a daylight robbery, steer away and take your investment somewhere else

The platform is broken. After trying to register for many days, the customer support team - which is VERY RESPONSIVE - could not get the platform to accept my updated documents. Registration failed in spite of their best efforts. Again, the platform itself is broken, and makes me very leery of using it for trading since even registration is failing.

I still didn’t get my withdrawal money

I made withdrawal in 22 of march and they sent me email that I must wait from 3 to 5 business days now is the 7 day and still I didn’t get my withdrawal money,

I told them I want the sweft transaction but no answer

Imagine your funds are being taken as a hostage, and they threatening you that you can only get them back if you agreed to conduct a video call sharing your screen and showing personal information like your whole payment history, your credit cards! Save your time and your money and look somewhere else

Best Customer Service! They made me Tier 1 quickly.

Timing issue customer service work from 8am to 5pm if some one make a deposit or have an issue after 5 or on sunday no one can help i lost a lot because off this
