I was trying to withdraw alt coins like MANA and XRP using the iPhone App, does not work. Even on the desktop App, you cannot move any of the ALT coins without a hassle. Stay away and stick to Binance, larger, better and just superior now that Binance is in Dubai.

I would honestly stay away. Its really inconsistent and not reliable even though they have been around for quite a while.

Due to relocation, I couldn’t access to my wallet because of expired phone number.
The staff was very supportive to fix the problem and I could successfully move my asset to my current wallet.

I really like BitOasis the Pro trading platform allows me to place a predictive buy and wait and see. Often I can the tokens over night once USA begins trading, allowing me to get a better rate than the market rate at the time I placed my order. It works very well. Also I noticed they added a suggestion I gave about “Your Portfolio” to see its change. Great work from the BitOasis team.

You promote and enable a deposit in KWD. After making a deposit of KWD1000 back on 12 Jan 24. I was unable to do a trading transaction to buy bitcoin, a sign pop up that I don't have enough balance. After emailing help@bitoasis several times and waiting for 2 weeks, I was informed on 29 Jan By Mr Taher that I have to try to pairing the coins with KWD.
After Reply back to Mr Taher with a screen shot that all digital pairing are in Dhs or USD (which am familiar with). He replies back that after further checking it appears the pair KWD-BTC is only available in Lite.

However he offered me a solution to withdraw the KWD 1000 back to my account and re-deposit in AED.

When I informed him to refund me the 5% you charged me for my Credit cards deposit amounting to KD 50 and to waive the KD6 for withdrawal fees. He replies back that there has been miscommunication from his side which he sincerely apologizes for it.
However my request of refund will not be possible.

Why as your customer since July 2019 should I bare the consequence of a wrong communication from Bit Oasis and pay for fees , I am not supposed to.
Why do you enable a KWD deposit while I can't trade in KWD.
Last Point is the profit am supposed to earn since I tried several times to set a trade to buy bitcoins as limit price of Dhs 150,000 while today Jan 30 the price is around Dhs 159000. (check on you system).

i think Bitoasis is giving best service and fast deposits but withdrawal takes 5days. but overall its best in the world!!!

I registered, completed Tier 1 verification, and successfully transferred crypto to BitOasis. However, my attempt to deposit funds from a linked bank account resulted in my account being locked. Despite confirming it wasn't a bank issue, the first-level support proved ineffective. After escalation, a BitOasis representative called, stating my Tier 1 verified account was locked without a clear explanation. They insisted on a video chat for verification, offering no alternatives. Refusing video chat, my account remains locked, rendering funds inaccessible. I find this platform unreliable and won't use it again.

BitOasis has all potential to be MORE THAN EXCELLENT. however current service is slow, which raised few concerns about transparency

My issue was I can not deposit the fund in my wallet.
