They sell product that are not for you region without stating it, then if you contact their support they will just say they can't help you, stay away.

Everything works exactly as it should. Fast, smooth transactions and no issues with orders. Support is helpful and responsive when needed.
The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a used/unused filter in “My Products.” For people who buy lots of gift cards, it’s easy to miss one by accident, I actually once found an unused €200 card much later because of that (was bored and looked manualy card by card lol)
Overall, still an excellent and reliable service.

I had an issue where a refill PIN I purchased showed as already used, which was obviously frustrating at first. I contacted Bitrefill’s support team, and they handled it professionally and quickly. They refunded the full amount and even added an extra $5 as compensation for the inconvenience. Mistakes can happen with any service, but what really matters is how they’re handledand Bitrefill definitely did the right thing.
