Really excellent customer service
Really excellent customer service - they rang to check whether we needed our compact stroller for a holiday and were really clear on delivery timeframes. We also had a very helpful 10% discount for being first time shoppers. We love our product and will definitely be using them again! Very impressed by their customer service.

Amazing service
Amazing service! I originally ordered a buggy from another company but delivery was delayed, I couldn’t find the same buggy in stock anywhere but managed to get it from Bizbozbaby. When I double checked they had it in stock and told them that I ideally wanted it for a holiday, I received a personal call from them to discuss and then a follow up email to keep me updated on the delivery date. The service was above and beyond anything you normally get from most companies! Really appreciated the personal touch!

Love this baby store and their service.
Came across this shop whilst desperately looking for a travel stroller for my baby . Literally all stores couldn’t tell me the exact time the stroller will be available. Bizbozbaby communicated and had the best customer experience I have had in a while . I got my baby stroller from bizbozbaby the fastest and right on time. I couldn’t recommend their services enough for all things babies! Lovely baby store and I will shopping with them again soon.

What an amazing service
What an amazing service! We had issues with the delivery of a Tenderleaf Doctors Bag. The problem sat with the delivery carrier not Biz Boz Baby, even so they responded to the problems so quickly, reissued the order as I needed it by a specific date and kept me in the loop with updates throughout. Truly exceptional customer service.
I have received the product today and it is just beautiful, so well made and I know this is going to be a massive hit as it has so many pieces in the doctors bag!
