I really loved their joggers at first

I really loved their joggers at first, but I order the same size and they vary A LOT. My newest pair is super small and it will cost me return shipping plus $17 to exchange them. Seriously pissed. I've gotten super big joggers too, but I figured unfortunately I'd probably grow into them, but these small ones aren't comfy. Joggers definitely need to be comfy. Last pair I'll buy. Really bad customer service return policy.

Horrible customer service

I wish I could give zero starts because they gave me zero help. I ordered a $50 hoodie that never showed up and they said it was not their fault. Alright I get it, well USPS has been trying to help us out but since it came as first class there was no insurance on the package it cannot be refunded via USPS. At this point I want to cry. This is the first item I've bought from the company and I will never buy from them again. I have emailed their support SEVERAL times and they refuse to resend the item or refund my money and they refuse to even file a claim as a company on their behalf (for usps to give them their money back after they refund me). Their customer service is absolutely awful. Please just be cautious if you order from them, I guess.

No respect for their customers.

Honestly this brand isn’t worth the trouble. I’ve bought from them just under 20 times in the last couple of months and my experience can be summed up as:

-random delivery time: from a few days to never arriving at all (to Europe)

-items are of very average quality, think GAP or primark. Generic cotton, loose threads, LOTS of fluff comes off from their joggers. OVERPRICED

-items have that look and feel great on first wear, but get tight/awkward fitting with subsequent washes.

- customer service is the worst. I ordered a Halloween box in September 11th (still nothing 7 weeks later on Nov. 2nd)

They never gave the package to USPS at all, and after contacting them 3 times they blew me off with this email:

“ Thanks for reaching out!
We have no detailed information on the whereabouts of the package because USPS has had some delays with updating their information.
Let us know if you need anything else, Thanks!”

Don’t bother with this waste of time brand. Overpriced, underwhelming and not worth it.

wrong item...

they sent me the wrong item and when i told them the day i got the package, they gave me a return label and said once they get back the wrong item they’ll send the right one. i sent it back. i asked if i would be notified when they send out the right item, they said “We get tons of packages daily! Once we come across yours, we will notify you!”. when they come across it... right... i’m not confident i’ll even receive it. i got these for a gift which is late now because they don’t trust a customer to send back the wrong thing? and i don’t get a sorry or oh just keep it, we’ll send the right thing asap? pretty annoying customer service. i’m bummed because i thought i would be a customer for years :-( anyone else know similar brands, better customer service?

If i could give 0 stars, I would.
I purchased a bag that was faulty and the zip did not work. I emailed 3 times and never got a reply, finally when I wrote a snotty email to them I finally got a reply! I spent £60 and spent £30 for 'express' shipping that arrived 2 months later! And they finally ONLY refunded me £15. Pathetic company. Use killstar instead, amazing customer service and always fabulous. Avoid BBC. Useless

First Time Order = ✅

I have wanted to order from BCC for a long time, but only recently got the opportunity to make a purchase (really only because of the free shipping promo). Just purchased a t-shirt and the Pizzagram Popsocket. T-shirt is made of extremely soft material and I definitely want another because it is so comfortable. Popsocket is BY popsocket so no surprise on quality or anything there.

I live in Canada, and received items within 14 business days which I was NOT expecting since the courier was USPS and I've only ever had bad experiences with orders coming from the US through USPS.

They make it impossible to return

They make it impossible to return so you won’t return anything. Not only do you need to pay shipping but you need to pay a fee per item you’re returning. The higher the price of the item, the higher price of the return fee. It was going to cost me $30 plus shipping to return the items that didn’t fit.

runs too small

I have one pair of bcc jeans that I’ve never been able to wear because they run soo small. They say they’re size 5. I’ve tried losing weight enough that everything else I’m wearing is a 4, and these still fit like a 1 or 2.

They don’t take care of their customers

“ I received an email saying that your colleagues were going through a high volume amount of orders, I’ve been trying to be patient and understanding. But I messaged about this back in June and it’s getting close to the end of July. On top of it I have been a frequent and dedicated shopper to you guys and a lot of the items I have been purchasing I have gone down in quality significantly. I returned a jacket over a month ago because of the stitching being so bad. I just received more items from you guys that I paid for and they look like crap. I will attach a photo of what it looks like but I did not pay for a defective looking jacket. And now I have to be the one to turn around and pay the cost of shipping for you guys to replace something I received. I’ve been trying to be patient and understanding. I returned a jacket bats winged windbreaker size small over a month ago because of the stitching being so bad and still haven’t received my exchange and I sent you guys the tracking number showing I paid for it to be returned for an exchange.  I just received more items from you guys that I paid for and they look like crap. I will attach a photo of what it looks like but I did not pay for a defective looking jacket. And now I have to be the one to turn around and pay the cost of shipping for you guys to replace something That you sent to me that looks like crap. I’m getting very upset with the customer service and the items that I am receiving due to the quality of the care not put into the stitching of these items. I still have more items on the way coming and I’m worried that I’m gonna be stuck with more awful looking products. I’m so disappointed I am to the point where I want to reach out to someone about my experience because I don’t feel like I’m being taken care of. I understand that there is a pandemic and you guys have to have high volume and you just had a 40% off sale but I don’t understand why within that time my bats wind breaker size small that I exchanged forever ago couldn’t have been sent. And now I have more items I ordered coming in that that you sent to me that looks like crap example the tie dye blood moon goat hoodie I just got . I need answers because I feel like I’m not getting my what I paid for. And I’m becoming a little less patient about it considering how long I’ve waited on my last exchange and now I have a new item that I just received today that I’m gonna get it in a timely manner and I’m spending a lot of money to ship items back just to have something right the first time. This was suppose to be a birthday gift to myself and with a pandemic and money issues I can’t afford to pay so much money to exchange stuff frequently with you guys. I have chosen to shop with you guys because I have really liked you in the past but I’m getting to a point where I feel like I’m wasting my money and my time having to ship and pay twice as much for what I paid for to get the item correct the second time.” I sent this and instead of taking care of me they asked me if I have ups insurance, take about AWFUL customer service. Yeah I’ve spent hundreds on your company you can look it up, and they still treat me like my customer service doesn’t matter. They do NOT take care of their customers no matter how long you’ve been shopping with them or how much money you’ve spent supporting their company. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, don’t shop here. Like instead of arguing with me since May about the shipping and everything (I have proof I paid for it) just send me one. Like it’s August and you still haven’t taken care of me and I’m out $60 thanks to you guys not taking care of your people. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

will order again

ordered four times: 5 masks, 2 tanks, 2 bags, 5 mesh tops, and kimonos. fast shipping, got everything within 1-3 weeks. emailed them twice, they answered both times.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. When inquiring about an item I never received, it was blamed on “misleading information from the carrier”. In all actuality, the tracking was correct, it never left California because of the pandemic. Instead of being referred to by my human name, it was “hello again”.

Quality of the products is good but…

Quality of the products is good but overpriced and customer service is virtually non existent. The worst part is shipping. For a company based in California, there is no reason to be paying top dollar for express postal service, then waiting a month to receive items. Also, they are so busy focusing on new products, stock on hand is frequently sold out.

3 Months and still waiting for my…

3 Months and still waiting for my order, I'm at the point that I kinda gave up on hoping I'll ever get it. Spend well over a 100 dollars. Customer service is not replying and if they do they are not helpful at all.

Absolute worst

Absolute worst. Spent almost $200aud with them 61 days ago for products which never arrived! They won’t reply to their emails or messages either. Do NOT buy from them! You have been warned!
