Stop pushing advertisements and items for sale and fill packages! People spend 100's of dollars here. I understand staff is short because of the pandemic but deleting peoples comments and ignoring is wrong. Start giving tentative dates for shipping instead of a run around.

I’ve never had an issue with BCC and I’ve ordered 3times totaling about $400. Shipping is a bit high but I wouldn’t say it’s so high that It’s a deal breaker. I’ve gotten all my items in the correct sizes and Within reasonable timing. Everything fits true to size as far as my body is concerned anyways. I’m honestly surprised at all the bad reviews But I have no reason to think anyone is lying. They should be giving every customer a great experience considering there’s not too many places to purchase this type of clothing so treating customers right would result in lifelong customers for BCC.

I honestly want to give 'zero' stars. The customer service from this company is absolutely horrendous. I haven't even made a purchase yet and I wanted to buy a large number of items. I emailed them over 5 weeks ago with zero response, so I emailed again and still no reply. I tried their online contact box... still no reply. I have contacted them on Twitter - no reply. I messaged them on Instagram and was told to email them, which I had already done. I tried to explain that I had emailed weeks ago with zero response and surprise surprise they didn't respond. I wasn't surprised when I signed onto TrustPilot to see that the majority of their ratings are terrible. After reading half of these, despite liking a few of their products I honestly don't think it's worth the time and effort. STAY AWAY!!!
A gamer friend of mine was apparently asked if they would wear their merch on stream, and I have now told her not to do this because they really are not a company that I think people should be representing. I cannot express how annoyed I am and genuinely surprised I am that I wanted to throw my money at them yet they just did nothing about it.

I ordered two items from this company, luckily they weren't clothes as they seem to have horrible reviews. Items were as described, however wait time takes awhile and contacting customer service is pretty much non-existent. They don't respond to their emails or DMs on FB or IG and their shipping costs are absolutely outrageous especially if they're out of Anaheim. It doesn't make much sense as to why they're charging $22 for shipping, especially if they're within the U.S.
What turned me off is that they choose to ignore the problem and not return messages to try and correct it. You'd think they'd want to keep their customers instead of leaving a bad taste in their mouths. Honestly if I would of read the reviews on trustpilot first, I wouldn't of purchased anything from them to begin with. It's not so much the product that turned me off to them but their lack of respect for their customers.

Never using them again. I bought a hoodie from them, which still says "in stock" to this date, to then get massaged a week or so later saying it isn't in stock so I'm getting a refund. The amount they were going to refund me was less than what I paid originally. I understand the dollar to pound goes up and down, but this is unacceptable. It wasn't my fault that they told me it was in stock, for it to be out of stock, so why should they get to keep £5 of my money? It makes no sense. The woman didn't seem to understand either. I'll start by saying I've placed 3 orders with BCC totaling about $1000, which is pretty expensive for only a handful of items. 2 out of the 3 orders I've gotten have been incorrect. They have really poor customer service, probably the worst I've seen online. They don't even send an apology for messing up your order they just tell you to send it back. So cool, I'm wasting money to buy packaging, wasting money to print a label, wasting time and money to drive to a post office then waiting several more weeks for the correct item. I just paid $30+ shipping for a tshirt and now I have to spend all this extra money just to get the tshirt I actually ordered??? What kind of customer service is that.

I have purchased from this company about 4-5 times and have never had a problem. So I’m actually sad that they have so many bad reviews on here, but then again I never had to deal with their customer service because I’ve always been happy with all my purchases and they all arrived in the mail just fine. *Knocks on wood* I bought two hoodies which both I love. They’re well made and the sleeves are longer than normal hoodies which I like because I am tall with broad shoulders I also bought a cardigan which became my favorite artical of clothing I own. Purchased item and was sent an email after purchase to wait up to 7 business days for processing. That was first bad taste that BCC left in my mouth. You’d think right off the bat if the shipping was this bad they would have a disclaimer on their Instagram or other social media platform.. or even on their website warning that they were behind and the shipping could take up to X amount of days before processing. That to me is incredibly sneaky.
After this, I waited the seven business days, to which I finally contacted them after seeing my item still hadn’t shipped. It took them FIVE days to respond to an email asking about the item and why in the world they didn’t bother to tell the customers beforehand that they were severally behind. Again, five days until I got an email that asked if I wished to cancel or continue even though in my email I specifically asked when the item would mail. When she finally got back to me (another two days later) the rep told me another two days before the item would ship. I said absolutely not and requested a refund. Thankfully that went through but I can’t believe that this company with its following and the prices of their items that they didn’t prepare by hiring a customer service team for this time of year. Instagram is littered with comments under photos saying they are missing items, received a hand written note in the box that the item was out of stock and they still haven’t gotten a refund! Items being shipped to the wrong place or in fact going on three weeks and their purchases still haven’t been mailed. These buyers have tried contacting the company and received nothing back either. Blackcraft cult has cool stuff but frankly the lack of service is atrocious. This is the same thing Iron Fist did to its customers when it filed bankruptcy. Bobby (owner) get your stuff together. You’re making insane money and have undoubtedly begun to run your company into the ground with horrendous customer service. You clearly have enough time to post daily on Instagram yet refuse to send out a notice on shipping delays or answer your customers. Will never buy from them again.

This company has literally been the absolute worst online retain company I have EVER! had to deal with. First after you purchase an item it states that it can take 5 - 7 business days before your order is processed. So right off the bat dont purchase anything unless you are willing to wait approximately 2 months ahead of schedule before needing or receiving your purchase. Secondly I have purchased several items now back in November and it's been over 2 WEEKS! and I am just now recieving shipping/tracking information on my first order, which has still to yet have left their location in Anaheim, CA. The 2nd order which was placed prior to the order I had received tracking on, their system did not save my street address in the actual order for my shipping or my billing address. I have tried reaching out to both emails provided by the company since there is no other way of contacting and have yet to get a single response. Not a single person from this company has reached back out to me to help provide reassurance of the delivery of my order.
Save yourself the time and energy wasted on this company and the absolute worst / non-existent customer service this company provides.
It's a real shame because I wanted to be a frequent customer of theirs and they have a lot of really cool stuff that you can purchase, but there is not a chance in hell will I EVER purchase from this company again.

Dealing with this company has been one of the most infuriating things I’ve done. I paid for a mystery crate in advance that was supposed to ship out in October, yet I never received it. So I did what anyone would do and I reached out to the company once, twice, four times before finally getting a response. I was given a poor excuse for the delay and still requested my package instead of a refund. It’s now been 2 weeks since then and I’ve heard nothing back and still awaiting my items. Don’t waste your time.
