Looks great but the sizing chart was off for me. Had to exchange.

Two-week delivery on my strap cargo pants - not bad, but got the wrong color and size. Quality's on point though! Team offered to make it right. Word of advice: double-check your order details before confirming. Still worth checking out Blackout!

Took their biggest size but still came up short. Sent a couple emails about a refund since I only tried it on once. After some back and forth, they came through with a full refund and let me keep the item. Can't complain about that resolution!

Definitely scamming customers. Bought 3 items. Only 2 came after a lot longer than dictated on their website. I've queried the 3rd item by sending multiple emails. All have been ignored. Will be reporting them. Don't buy anything from them.

Only received part of my order and was ghosted by them when I asked for a refund on the items I hadn't received and to return the items I had. The items I did receive were very poor quality with mis-spelled lettering and not at all like the photos online. When looking on the website it seemed like the company was in the UK but it's clear this isn't true and they're based, I think, in France drop-shipping from China. The website contains a lot of AI generated content and I feel a bit stupid for getting fooled by it. I honestly don't think the 5* reviews are real. Eventually I had to go through my bank to get a refund and they didn't respond to the bank either. Avoid!

You can not contact these people. When I try to track my order it says Order can not be found

Bit of a rollercoaster with this one. Ordered Aug 22, changed boot size (quick response there), but then radio silence on shipping. Got worried and asked for a refund. Package ended up lost but they immediately resent everything free of charge. Wish communication was better though!

Scam, low quality China shit items. They lie on the website, the functional lighter ring isn't even a lighter, just plastic shit. The clothes is cheap and bas quality. I have nothing positive to say about this site.

Ordered one thing to test them out and they could not even get that correct. Ordered a tshirt for £38 not cheap and got this basic under sized T-shirt terrible compared to the website. Never less I thought I would return and exchange but no emails work and the phone number is not working absolute terrible so lucky I got it on my credit card so will get it all back. Stay away I don’t think positive reviews are real.

Disgraceful!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! Product nowhere near as described, pockets no zips, shallow, you can't even put your hands in them comfortably. Ordered for an occasion in good time to find out it was coming from China, not Manchester, there was some kind of sticky stain on the cuff.

When trying to contact you get nothing, how are you allowed to operate as a business??!! All I want is my money back for a massively overpriced and substandard product and service.

FIRST OFF, THIS COMPANY IS NOT FROM UK! It's from China! Also, read the other reviews here, scroll past the fake reviews, and you'll see others have been scammed by bad service and long delivery dates. I would avoid this website and spend your money somewhere else.

I bought boots at the beginning of December. Delivery in the order page said 2-4 days and the delivery page said within 10 days for all orders but they didn't arrive until the 27th and now I've tried to contact them to return but the email contact bounces straight back as address unfound and the phone number given is unobtainable. Makes me wonder if the recent positive reviews are spoof to keep getting money in. Don't waste your time go somewhere else. They are not a UK based company.

Really poor quality.
I purchased a black cyber watch from this shop but had no idea it was in China, just assumed it was in the UK. Delivery took exceptionally long and when we did receive it the strap broke off within 2 weeks rendering it unusable. Contacted customer service and was told because three weeks had past they wouldn't refund my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered two pairs of shorts, one now unavailable. I refused the suggested replacement and nearly 3 months later via several emails with so called customer service I am still waiting for a refund on the item out of stock. The customer service email address just sprouts lies and excuses delaying the fact that I don't believe they intend to refund me at all.

This is not a legitimate retail business, whatever is going on behind the face of that seemingly good looking website is to be avoided. Don't take the risk.

I placed an order for 1x Jumpsuit, and 1x Bag from this site, on the 8th October 2024.

2 weeks go by, no reply, no updates, no dispatch - Bear in mind this website says delivery estimate to the UK is 2-6 days and I live in Leeds. The company is "Based in Manchester".

I contact support, asking what happened, and they reply: "Thank you for your patience and for placing your order with us. I would like to inform you that we have experienced a slight delay in processing your order due to one of the items you ordered being out of stock."

Problem #1 - They don't let you know items are out of stock until you contact them after their radio silence, and even let you pay them money for those items on their website.

Okay fine. I wait and wait, then they say whoops! The product is no longer available, and you need to accept a product replacement i.e. not the exact item you wanted. This was several days later by the way. They had said "Your order will be processed and dispatched shortly." and this couldn't have been further from the truth.

Problem #2 - Product replacements, no refund offers.

Okay, so I wait until today, when the "items" were finally delivered. And look what came through the mail! JUST THE BAG. I got scammed!

Folks, save yourselves your time, money and headache. Order from a reputable brand and not from this place.

Do not fall for the pretty models and thumbnails.
