Dan Jones was super in helping me through the process of a new car. Very informative and guided me through each stage. Would recommend him when looking for a new car!
Seat ateca
From the first phone call before christmas ordering the car, to collecting it today. Aidan has made the whole experience a pleasure and stress free. Keeping us updated throughout the process, he's a credit to the company. Thank you
Very poor experience
We bought a car from Blackpool SEAT. Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with the sales manager Morgan.
Massive lack of communication with us, uninterested, rude and unwilling to offer any help. Once they sell you the car they couldn’t care less what state it is in. Avoid at all costs.
Horrendous
Lancaster Automart**
I was sold a car with undisclosed modifications, that started melting. The car began having issues after 3 months and they have kept the vehicle for 6 months without providing a courtesy vehicle and still expecting payments.
Sales and after sales management made constant delays and tried adding costs to me if I wanted to change or reject their faulty vehicle.
At the point of rejection they are still trying to delay with no end date.
This dealership has been Absolutely horrific to deal with and have no regard for customers regardless if your a repeat customer or the amount you spend.
I would highly recommend avoiding at all costs.
Shocking customer experience like…
Shocking customer experience like others with Blackpool seat. Please go to another dealership. Bought a 20 plate tarraco from Kay, under the impression I was covered for any issues. The paint started flaking off my car days after having it following cleaning. I got told it’s stone chips, now I’ve had many cars with many stone chips - this flaking has never happened before. Took it to a different local dealer to be diagnosed. They were brilliant and said the paint shouldn’t flake like this and if it had been brought from them they’d resolve it instantly. Tell Blackpool this. Their response - sorry we can’t help you it’s out of paint warranty! What a joke. I could have and should have sent the car back when it arrived, but I was too nice and Blackpool is 4hrs from me, so I thought they might see value in resolving it and keeping a new customer happy - no chance! I bought it from a main dealer and paid a premium as I thought I’d be covered for any issues, that simply isn’t the case! Avoid Blackpool seat! Buy from letchworth where the team have good morals and sensible heads
Brilliant service
Dan sourced a car for my friend I would certainly recommend. Such an easy process. I would use him again for my next car

Terrible After Sales Service
I purchase a 2021 Nissan Qashqai which cost just under £27,000. I paid in full and the car was delivered early August. Since then it has been a nightmare dealing with Blackpool SEAT.
Initially during the negotiation to purchase the car, I was getting daily calls and text inquiring about my interest in the car from Kay and the sales manager. I even got a WhatsApp message! Once I paid, the comms from their side virtually stopped. I was promised I call after the car was delivered to ensure my satisfaction, it never happened. I had to call them myself!
The call was delivered (I live about 2 hours away from the garage) and immediately I noticed the air conditioning on the car was on max which started ringing alarm bells as it wasn't so hot that day. I mentioned it to the driver and his responds was "l only deliver the car". The AC was blowing hot instead of cold. I called SEAT to report this and was told the problem wasn't notice during their presale checks. I was asked to get a local garage to top up gas, which I did, and I would be refunded 3 days after I sent them an invoice. It took more than 3 weeks to get refunded after calling many times. The AC was semi cold for a day after the gas top up and promptly went back to blowing hot which meant there was a serious problem somewhere. I reported this back and heard nothing back from them. Meanwhile in the UK we have gone through 2 heat waves which have been really unpleasant for me due to no functioning AC. I can't put my kids in the car because it becomes to warm for them. Its been terrible really as I have to use the car daily for commuting. I called several times more and put in a complaint. Finally their services manager Enzo calls and says I should get it looked at by local garage which I tried but no one could give me a date any time soon. I asked him to organise a pickup of the car for them to get it repair and since then I have heard nothing. It just so tiring chasing after these guys and getting nowhere.
If you looking to buy a car from Blackpool SEAT, please think twice as their after sales service (which is extremely important) is really poor. Their comms after sales is really bad. My experience has just been awful.
Back street garage could do better - Blackpool SEAT
Bought a used car from them for just shy of £30k. One of the conditions was that the damage on the rear bumper was repaired. Came to collect and the damage was not repaired because apparently there wasn’t the money in the deal to repair it correctly. After telling them I wouldn’t take it without it being resolved they agreed to respray the bumper a week later. 1 hours drive from the dealership and the ‘check engine oil level’ warning comes up. Stopped at the next services, checked the oil level and it was barely on the bottom of the dipstick. The car had supposedly been given a full service before I collected it. Dealership was full of apologies and said they would reimburse me for the money I had to pay out to top up the oil. Nearly two weeks later and still no sign of the money. Dealership also put a new MOT on the car. They gave the car a pass even though one of the rear seatbelts could not be used as it was broken (have reported this to DVSA). This was repaired by them when they repainted the bumper.
Not what I would expect from a franchised main dealer.
Would I recommend Blackpool SEAT - No
Would I buy another car from them - Definitely not.
appalling customer service - mg lancaster
I have received absolutely appalling customer service since my purchase with Lancaster Garage Sales Olivia Askey. When I enquired about a vehicle I was rang 3 times in the space of 5 minutes after explaining I would take some time to think as well as being whatsapped after I did not answer. However after my sale I have tried to contact her with a simple query for nearly two weeks where I have been completely ignored. I find it absolutely disgusting not bothering to deal with a small query now your commission has been paid (I would not like to imagine how long you would have to wait if this was a long query). I would not recommend.

I would have left no stars if i had the opportunity to do so,
Me and my partner bought a seat ibiza in March 2023 from aiden in seat cox motor group blackpool,
And i can only say the whole thing has been a really bad experience, we paid £12000 cash and there was a dispute about £100 still outstanding nearly 6 weeks after we took delivery, this is totally out of order and so unprofessional,
Today my wife was contacted by a lady from cox motor group blackpool again and she was so upset and perturbed she reluctantly paid the £100 we allegedly owed,
Our receipt from the day of collection clearly says fully paid.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
TERRIBLE COMPANY...
Do not spend your hard earned cash with…
Do not spend your hard earned cash with these cowboys. Bought a car from Kendal Seat, waited a week for it to be 'prepared '. On the day of collection I was informed that it had been damaged on the forecourt. I had taken a day off work to collect. 2 weeks later darling Morgan tells me that it's taking so long because they don't want to do a bodge job. Eventually collected the car only to find they had done a bodge job. Rang Morgan who said he was embarrassed, obviously working to a script, said the body shop would contact me on the next 30 minutes. In my opinion Kendal Seat should not represent Seat UK. They are amateurish, unprofessional with zero ability for decent customer service. I had to give them 1 star rating as it won't let me give zero.
Blackpool SEAT is amazing!
My partner and I recently leased a new car from Blackpool SEAT. From the moment I first stepped into their show room to the moment we drove out new car away, has just been absolutely top quality service.
Ben (Sales Manager) and Aidan (Customer Experience Specialist) were the high of professionalism and so welcoming, I was quite nervous walking into the dealership on my own because i've never had to do that before. Straight away Ben and Aidan greeted me and put me at ease, making me feel welcome and comfortable. They are both credits to their organisation and trade.
The dealership was clean and well presented and all members of staff there wore a smile along with a friendly attitude.
I cannot thank Blackpool SEAT enough for the exemplary service they have provided. I would recommend anyone to go there.
Thank you!
Absolute shocking service from VW…
Absolute shocking service from VW Lancaster. purchased a vehicle which was delayed by 2 weeks after selling our car, poor aftersales customer service, no apology did not care and the Brand Manager keeps brushing things under the carpet such as denying receiving messages/emails and correspondence from us and VW directly as well as lying about speaking to me in person claiming I said everything was fine - which it is not. he also stated that as my partner did not purchase the car but it was me, that I was to raise the complaint with the Brand Manager directly. As a gay couple I find it shocking to be receiving this type of response and it makes me question whether, if we were a straight couple and the Husband bought the car but the wife raised the complaint would he not deal with the wife in this way and only deal with the husband??? Probably not! We have purchased 2 vehicles from VW (different garages) in the space of 5 weeks totalling over £50K but after this experience with one of the cars we will NEVER buy from VW Lancaster ever again and question whether we will buy from VW going forward. Avoid this garage at all costs!
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, faulty car, incorrect mileage on service,Will never buy from Cox Motor Group again! Stay clear, full of lies.
Kay was brilliant
Kay was brilliant! Easy going and friendly! Knew everything that I asked and managed to go above and beyond to get me the car I wanted! 5 stars doesn’t cover it really!
Cox Motor Group especially Morgan are fantastic!
Following the passing of my husband and myself being on isolation Morgan from Seat Motability scheme has been brilliant and agreed to collect my vehicle for return, the Cox Motor Group and their staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help everyone 😀
