Fantastic service from Blacksheep team. I was dealing with a gentlement called Charles who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had half a dozen business energy contracts that we coming to an end and Blacksheep made it very easy to get comparative quotes across the market and sign up/switch to the new suppliers with minimal fuss. Thanks :-)

The transaction was well controlled and assisted for us via your support guys on the completion.

So far so good ...

There have been a few teething problems and far too many phone calls from different people regarding the same thing. By all means be efficient but be consistent. I want to deal with 1 person, maybe 2, not 3, 4, 5 or more! This has been addressed and hopefully rectified.

I've worked with a few brokers over the last couple of years, and every time I've vowed to just source my own contracts and deal directly with the suppliers because they never live up to their sales patter. Let's hope Black Sheep live up to theirs!

The response was appalling and every time the paperwork was wrong.
We were told that everything would be taken care of by Black Sheep but ended up dealing with things ourselves.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

Having now set up with them they have a fantastic after service where you can call them for no charge for advice or help if you have any problems with your utility accounts I would highly recommend them. thankyou Phil and your super team!

I had an issue with a meter ID that had been changed many years ago. Ellie dealt with this and resolved our issue.

They contacted me regarding renewal of my business electricity contract. I told the rep that i was renewing with anohter supplier but he said he could get a better deal with my exisitng supplier which he did. After numerous calls from the rep, making mistakes with name and address on the agreement. After all this he came back to me and said that my exising supplier had done a credit check on us and we were high risk were not going to renew with us and to continue with EDF.
Not long after this, another broker contacted who we have delat with in the past who had got a better price with my original supplier. I explained what had occured and was quite suprised as he said that our sector was low risk. he contacted our existing supplier who was shocked as they said they would never reject and exisitng loyal client and asked for the name of the rep and company. Unfortunately it was to late to object with the trasnsfer and ended up with a dear price. I told Black Sheep rep thast I don't want them to deal with my business anymore.

My favorite coffee place in the city (Coleman street). Aaron and his team are always so friendly and create great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I left a message and Customer Services called me back promptly and dealt with my query. I'm confident the issue will be resolved with their help and have renewed my energy contract too.

Persistant in a focused way with some significant savings likely to result

Ellie was a star, courteous, friendly and polite in helping me investigate a billing issue I had. A true example to others.

I was relieved to talk to Ellie as was a little frustrated with the on-line chat with British Gas and going round in circles!

Handled my enquiry quickly and efficiently.

Have used Black Sheep as our brokers for a few years and service has always been first class. I do appreciate being able to speak to a person - not automated messages! They successfully negotiated a transfer to a new elec. supplier - or so I thought. During a period of lockdown when my office was nor manned, the old suppliuer refused to hand over my account and proceeded to charge me exorbitant out-of-contract rates passed the agreed termination date. On this occasion Ellie at Black Sheep came to my rescue. Understood the problem, liaised with new supplier, drafted a letter to be sent as a complaint, all of which she did in a few days.

Phil from Black Sheep was a great help. Not only reduced our already low gas rates but also did this quickly and efficiently and I am delighted overall with the new rates and overall service.

Just want to say thank you to Blacksheep Utilities for having the good sense to hire Luke Makai ! What an amazing gentleman. I contacted Blacksheep out of desperation, I wont go into details, but my current Gas contract was causing me sleepless nights, I was at my witts end. From the moment I spoke to Luke I was instantly reassured that he would be able to help me. He solved in 24 hours what I hadn't been able to solve since December 2020. He certainly knows his stuff, and I am resting easy tonight, because of him. Blacksheep Utilities will always be my go to company to get me the best deals. I have already started telling my friends and family about them. Once again please thank Luke for his professionalism and empathy, he is a credit to your company.

I emailed asking whether Black Sheep could include a particular supplier in their price review when the time came to do it. By way of reply I received a pushy call trying to press me to review my contract earlier. When I said I had not had a reply to my email I was assured someone would reply. No answer so far
