Fantastic, prompt and professional service from Tom in Sales and Felix our Account Manager. They helped us sort out an issue regarding installation of new meters at a new office building and also managed to get us new and better deals with our current accounts as well. Would highly recommend.

Unsolicited and arrogant sales techniques
Black Sheep: Please do not call us again.
Black Sheep choose to hound us with their "competitive" pricing at a time that does not suit us, trying to get a verbal "yes" over the phone to agree to a contract for pricing which we have not yet seen. Our renewal is not due until July 2021. I assume they call months before any other provider because they don't want us to see the more competitive pricing out there. We are aware that the energy market pricing changes, but we don't care. It could go down (see recent pricing), it could go up. We have more important things to worry about.

Black sheep rail roaded me into a 3…
Black sheep rail roaded me into a 3 year contract that is nearly 1.5p per unit more than the one i was expecting to be with, and would let me out of it even though it was months before the switch. They must've got more profit for the one they put me in I would never recommend this company to my enemies least not my friends. Avoid like the plague. A very dissatisfied customer.

Helped us to save a lot of money
For the last few years Black Sheep Utilities have helped us to save a great deal of money by switching energy contracts over.

Waste of my time
Gazprom (who I will be complaining to) are our gas supplier. They contacted me to encourage me to engage with Black Sheep regarding my electricity, because "they (Gazprom) weren't competitive for electricity in my area". Which with hindsight sounds fishy, and I now wonder if Gazprom have a vested interest. Anyway, I agreed, and was duly contacted by XX at BSU (name redacted at request of BSU). He told me our existing electricity supplier had offered a unit rate of 18p, but he'd been able to 'save me money', getting a rate of 17p. Given that I'm paying 14p, that didn't sound so great. So I told XX, as I'd told YY at Gazprom, that I'd be getting quotes from another broker as well, the one who arranged my existing deals. XX seemed perturbed at this, presumably because he knew I'd get a much better offer. And despite telling me he'd email me a quote he hasn't, surprise surprise. So, my experience with BSU has been a complete waste of time. Joy!

Great account manager
We have worked with Black Sheep for our utilities on a couple of occasions.
Sometimes the sales team can be a bit full on and not keen to take no for an answer but if we have any problems we contact our account manager, Ellie Potter and she smooths everything over. She is quick to reply to any emails, even in this current climate.
