I cant thank Ada and Navi enough for how amazing they have been for our first time purchasing a house. Ada would respond to my emails extremely promptly, we were kept up to date with every progress throughout the whole journey and they were extremely quick with our paperwork and legal documents. I will definitely be using blackstone solicitors in the future and would 100% recommend.

Bilal was absolutely fantastic! He was handed our company property purchase with quite a lot of outstanding actions and he progressed through the legal process with a determined approach.
The only reason I have not given a 5 star review, is because Blackstones didn't fully deliver the required service - I had to go and get SDLT advice from another lawyer which cost extra but this is not a reflection on Bilal's work.

Excellent Speed and communication compared to other legals I have worked with.

I am a FTB purchasing a flat in a building that has five stories and therefore falls under the Building Safety Act 2022. When I enquired on the phone with Blackstone if they could do the conveyancing for a flat that fell within this Act, the woman on the phone confirmed they did.

A month after I onboarded with Blackstone my solicitor emailed me to say that unfortunately they can no longer do my conveyancing as it falls within the Act which they do not have insurance for. This is despite them confirming they could do it when I first onboarded and the fact they had the address of the flat I was looking at for over a month. A simple search on Google or Rightmove could've told them that the flat was in a five story block but clearly this basic check was not done.

I am a FTB and what is already an extremely stressful experience has been exacerbated and delayed by a month by this solicitor firm. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had what can only be described as a painful buyer. The whole other side was painful including their solicitor from our point of view, but the team kept the ball moving forward. From start to finish the entire conveyancing team were professional and everything was dealt with in a timely fashion with the goal of driving the sale through and not letting the other solicitor just drift along.

This morning I asked if a copy of an invoice dating from 2020 was available although I was unsure that a record dating back that long would still be available.
However, within two hours I'd been sent a copy of the document I'd requested.
