I recently instructed Omar to carry out a Level 3 RICS Building Survey on a property I was considering purchasing. I could not be more impressed with the service I received. Afert researching surveyors online I chose a Blackkstone Surveyors. I needed a a historical valuation on an inherited property going back to 2017 for probate purposes. I spoke with Omar on the phone and straightaway I could tell that he understood what was required. We met at the property. Omar was very professional and courteous throughout the survey. He was quite calming in his approach and this helped as I was quite anxious about this process having not done anything like this before. I received a full and thorough report via email within 4 days.
