Excellent Service and quick turnaround in less than 24 hours. I used Blackstone Surveyor to do a private valuation report for redeeming my Help to Buy Equity Loan, Omar was extremely helpful and professional, and understand all the specific requirements and criteria of Target HCA. Omar visited my property and provided the valuation report in less than a day! I won't hesitate to choose them again.

The surveyor Omar Ali turned up on time and conducted a thorough survey and detailed report, taking a few hours. I was also present at the property I was purchasing, and asked many additional questions, which he was more than happy to take time and answer them, but also gave good advise on a number of issues and how to resolve them in the future.

Omar is a very gentle and well spoken person, who has a lot of knowledge about surveying but also other property aspects.

I will certainly recommend him to others, friends and family.

Also the price was very reasonable compared to some of the other surveyors, and easy to communicate over email and phone.

He provided me with clear, helpful and sound advice about the Lease extension process. I was very pleased with the valuation report which was comprehensive and thorough. Great Experience Overall!

We had a really fantastic experience with Blackstone Surveyors. The Director was knowledgeable, efficient and had great communication. We commissioned them to provide a valuation for our home as we were moving country and wanted a point in time price benchmark. The Director was professional throughout and really made us feel like we were part of the process. Pricing is also competitive.

I recently commissioned Blackstone Surveyors for a full building survey and valuation on a flipped Victorian terrace house in East London, based on a RICS search result. Omar worked with us from start to finish, and I absolutely cannot recommend him enough.

From the initial consultation to the day of the survey and to the final report, Omar was fully accommodating and approachable. Compared to other surveyors we've worked with, Omar's advice was incredibly thorough and candid. He understood the potential risks we were taking on with a flipped property and gave honest feedback on where the developer may have cut corners. He invited us to attend the survey with him, and pointed out areas that warrant further investigation. Given that we are first-time buyers and less familiar with older properties, Omar even took the time to explain more of the complex issues and history around how these houses were built. At no point did he make us feel intimidated for being less experienced.

Between the survey and receiving his written report, Omar was also on hand to answer any questions we had in our negotiations. His written report was fully comprehensive, double the length of our previous survey, and definitely not a copy+paste job.

Even though this particular house purchase may not work out (partially due to eagle-eyed observations Omar made in his survey), we will definitely reach out to Omar for our future needs and will wholeheartedly recommend him to friends.

I got to know Blackstone surveyors via the RICS website. They contacted me on the day I filled in the RICS form looking for a RICS certified surveyor. I had my evaluation done the same week, I think the next day and had the report a day after that! This was a really fast turnaround. The valuation report was very good as it described my property in detail, as well as the prices of other similar properties sold in my area and reasons why they valued my property at the price they valued it. I would highly recommend them. Fast, efficient, good communication and comprehensive survey / valuation report.

We required a valuation at short notice, and Blackstone were incredible in helping us. They went out of their way to make everything as smooth as possible, were easy to get hold of and produced our valuation report ahead of time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently contacted quite a few surveyors for a RICS evaluation on our help to buy property. Ali was the first to call very promptly after my e-mail and was very friendly, gave me a quote over the phone and a very quick turnaround time. He then later confirmed the quote via e-mail.

Ali's service was the best so I called him the following day to book it in and he was able to come within 2 days and completed the survey within 2 days (quicker than his estimate). He also checked we were happy with what he was putting on the survey before he sent it. Would highly recommend this company and will use again
