Great experience with Blackstone - Omar carried out a building survey for us within a few days of requesting one. Called the afternoon of the visit to discuss key findings and summarised these in an email - this was useful as it meant that we could negotiate on the house price without having to wait for the detailed report. The report provided was very comprehensive and we were really pleased with our choice of surveyor. Omar was truly excellent and showed his expertise. Would highly recommend!

Blackstones supported me with a valuation for a Help to Buy repayment. Of the firms I contacted, Blackstones were the fastest to respond, and were able to come and perform the valuation the next day. Got the report in less than a week. Very competitive price, good communication, fast and friendly service. Would strongly recommend.

I already rated them the best, but we did not go with the house they first inspected, we used them for the next house, same top service, even when we had problems a year later we contacted them and they immediately called and talk to us, even it was on a Saturday evening! They answered our emails even when we asked opinion about houses we would offer on!
That's what I call seriousity, passion, dedication, supportive and just the service and job done we all would love to get in our daily life!

Omar was incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of the building and put a huge amount of time and effort into producing the most thorough report I have ever received. He really knows his stuff; he outlined all the issues present and gave detailed information on rectifying these as well as having multiple meetings with me to discuss the findings. Omar gave excellent advice on additional areas and even highlighted things that my solicitor had overlooked to ensure that I had all the correct information for my house purchase. Omar had a fantastic standard of work throughout.
I am just very sorry that I didn’t instruct Omar on my previous purchases where many things were missed. Honestly I cannot thank him enough and would gladly recommend him to everyone for their survey needs. I will be keeping my full report for many years to come to consult back to.

Omar was fantastic. Very professional and knowlegeable. Constant communication before, during the survey and after publication of his report. We went to the property where we went through his findings. That was the most helpful part, enabling me to visualise elements in his report (with lots of technical language). I had spoken to the director who had gone above and beyond in explaining the lease extension valuation process, the potential issues and resolutions methods which is something I did not expect.
