We instructed Blackstone to support with our RICS survey required in order to sell our Shared Ownership property.

Before engaging I search the market to obtain the best prices and I found Blackstone as one of the best for value for money.

Right from the initial contact the firm has been friendly, professional, diligent and delivery of a high quality service.

Even when our survey expired due to the time it took us to sell the property - the team where right there offering an extension as no additional cost, which is uncommon for most surveyors.

I could not recommend this company enough and should the need arise in the future for similar services - I will without a doubt be calling Blackstone back!

We have had two home buyer surveys with Blackstone Surveyors. Both reports have been really detailed, and Blackstone have always been available to offer advice. In fact, I have spoken with Blackstone on a number of occassions asking questions about how best to deal with issues on the property and have always received a lot of insight. It is an outstanding service. The report is the most detailed anyone I know has ever seen and provides loads of advice, I would highly recommend Blackstone Surveyors.

Really great service from Blackstone. They responded to me within an hour of me contacting them, and were able to schedule appointment within the next few days. The report then came back two days later. Not only this, when we had some queries from the report they revised it for us the same day. Very impressed with the speed and attention to detail. They are also RICS, and charge competitive rates. Would definitely recommend them.

Very professional in their approach and overall customer service. Managed to arrange structural report of property and have written report sent over in timely manner. The team were very good throughout this process and also gave us a call to highlight which things should be dealt with as soon possible and how server they could end up. In addition to this they were quick to respond to any emails and calls if we had queries and questions, highly recommend them and will be using again if needed.

Wow. What a service !! Lightning quick, 5 star !

I had a dead line to complete a purchase of a business. In the last minute , bank found & told that a survey hast to be done in the property to use as a collateral, to remove one charge .And I have been told by the bank its almost impossible to get valuation completed within short period, and I was about to lose my security deposit and expenses of over 20K .

But Blackstone Surveyors got this done within 24 Hours, and in weekend, helpful, friendly, . They work out of office hours too!, so impressed with the service which I never ever had or heard in the past. Thank you and I will use this company again and again.

Having previously had a valuation survey done by Blackstone and being pleased with the service, I then instructed them for RICS Building Survey on the property I was buying. The surveyor was excellent, giving incredibly useful advice which was clear for a non-expert, and in particular noting what works I should have quoted before exchanging contracts. We instructed Blackstone Surveyors to carry out a Home Buyers Report. The surveyor was excellent - prompt, very professional and thorough. The report was extremely good - detailed, with recommendations for actions. The surveyor was quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. We wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again or in recommending Blackstone Surveyors to others.

We got to know about Blackstone Surveys from a general google search and decided to go with them for lease extension and market value report. Surveyor’s introductory email was very transparent, professional, precise and to the point. The initial phone conversation was also very helpful to get a sense of the expected lead time to get a survey booked and get the final report.

I enquired with Blackstone Surveyors regarding a Lease Extension Valuation on my Low lease flat in Croydon. From that point they were very professional and provided me all the explanations to my questions in an easy to understand manner. They delivered the service very quickly, with minimal disruption and provided me with a concise report on my leasehold valuation.
Once the valuation was completed Blackstone were easily contactable to discuss to their findings and how I should approach extending my lease with the Freeholder. I am very satisfied with the service that they have provided and will be using Blackstone for future independent surveys that I require. They come highly recommended for the great service and for customer service.

We have used Blackstone Surveyors for two of our purchases over the last couple of years. We had a HomeBuyers report done last year and a Building Survey completed most recently. Both times the Surveyor has been excellent. It was easy to schedule the survey as they liaised directly with the estate agents to arrange. Surveyor visited the site and provided us with a verbal feedback immediately after to address any specific queries we may have had. This from the get go helped us move on quickly with the purchase. The full return report was thorough as well as provided promptly. The surveyor also answered any follow-up questions promptly and provided pointers for further investigations as well as relevant legal queries. Highly recommended!

I ordered a homebuyers report and it was lovely to notice that a valuation was included in the price, and the turnaround was very quick. The director was very professional, called me once he had visited to discuss his preliminary findings and provided me with a comprehensive report a few days later. There were findings which not all surveys would have found I am sure, so I am happy with the service offered and this was excellent value for money. He also provided the valuation and was happy to change this following any quotations sought as a result of the findings. Highly recommended. (East London)
