I had additional requirements in order to supply the survey to the shared ownership organisation as we are buying the property out. Blackstone listened to everything I asked and didn’t miss a thing. I used this Company for a homebuyers survey for a house that I was in the process of buying.
The surveyor phoned me prior to the survey to ask if I had specific concerns that I wanted him to pay special attention to, which was reassuring. This was along with the usual survey which was as detailed as expected.
He then called me immediately the survey and again after providing his report. Both conversations were extremely helpful as he clearly articulated the important points and answered all of my queries (which were quite lengthy!).
I couldn't fault his service and level of expertise at all. I thoroughly recommend this company for homebuyer surveys.

Review about a Homebuyer's Survey that happened in early September.

Will detail below, but in short, we are extremely happy about our experience dealing with Blackstone Surveyors, as everything went above our expectations.

I found about Blackstone Surveyors on a comparison website, around mid-August. The lack of review at the time (I understand that this is a newly founded company) made us hesitate initially, but again, we are glad that we chose them for the survey.

1- After requesting for quote, we received a call from the company Director, who wanted to have more information about the property we are buying, and make sure that the survey type chosen is adequate, etc. This was very reassuring as the whole process of buying a house can sometimes be quite daunting, for non-experienced buyers.

2- We requested to be meet the surveyor at the property at the end of the survey, and I am very glad we did. The surveyor did a run-through with us, and although the property was in very good condition, explained us in detail points of attention. Everything is contained in the report, but I think that this really helped us appreciate all the important bits.

3- We received the report after 2 days. No surprise there, as we had already discussed with the surveyor right after the survey. We were however contacted again the day after to go over any part that we would have question on. The report was very thorough, and contained among other things a list of recommended questions to submit to sellers, which was extremely helpful.

All in all, it was an excellent experience. I would recommend wholeheartedly Blackstone Surveyors, and would not hesitate using their service again if I were to move home.

At a time when most lenders were conducting desktop valuations, I needed a competent surveying company to provide adequate validation that the property I wanted to buy was indeed worth the money. I sourced around and eventually ended up with Blackstone Surveyors…I am so happy I did! They were brilliant and implemented their functions efficiently. I received outstanding service from Blackstone Surveyors. The director came recommended and he did two surveys for me. I did not proceed with the first purchase because of the important advice I received from the surveyor.
