No need to call anyone else! Enough said!

Starting with my initial call to Marcus in the office and ending with the move perfectly executed by Justin, Terence, Brendan and Tyrone, I could not have asked for a better moving experience!
The estimated time and number of trucks/crew required were spot on, thanks to Marcus. The four guys wrapped each piece of antique furniture with the utmost care. They were organized and functioned as a team with Justin in the lead. Some of the pieces were very old and fragile.
They demonstrated just as much care when unwrapping and placing the furniture in my new space. In addition, they were very patient with me and my friend as we made decisions which caused some large pieces to be moved more than once!! Every aspect of their service is to be commended. They even posed for photos and videos. This was my first move in 40 years and they made it such a pleasant day.

The staff at Black Tie was very professional from beginning to end. The movers were diligent and friendly. I highly recommend Memphis Black Tie.

Myron and his crew were right on time, carefully moved everything flawlessly and made sure we were happy. Excellent service all the way around.

The team was courteous, efficient and even fun! Braxton, the team leader, was very responsive, punctual and honest.

The guys who did our move were very nice. They came on time, and worked quickly. There were some small issues that I wish had not happened. Part of our bed hardware got left behind, a desk got some damage, and there are several marks and scrapes on our walls now. Some things you don’t notice until days later. I would still use them again, but I would make sure more protection was used on the furniture.

The movers were very friendly, and worked fast and efficient, which helped save on the cost. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the service provided.

The company did an excellent job with completing the move within a 2 hour timeframe. I love that my furniture was wrap and handle with care.

The mover's phoned in advance and showed up right on time. They did a great job preparing the furniture for the move and getting everything put exactly where we needed it. They were very professional and concentrated on doing a nice job. We have already recommended them to our family. Thank you!

I had significant damage to a table top & damage to part of a bedroom chest which resulted in a piece to be broken in 2 pieces & 2 lost items. The table was a hand made walnut table made by my father, a wood craftsman. The mover stated that he was reporting the damage and I have reported it to claims & have not heard anything about the claims. Very disappointed in the lack of response. One missing item was a tempered class for a table top measure approximately 16” x 24” x 1/2”.
It was wrapped in green bubble wrap.
The was a box containing over the counter medication & other medical supplies.
The movers were polite, showed up on time and consistent in making the move for me to be as easy as possible.

The movers Ty and Curtis were awesome!! The horrific fees 12% vehicle fee.. packing fees .. they guys worked 45 mins and pay 2 hrs .. it’s a rip off DO NOT USE!!!!

Your team of young men worked quickly and carefully. The lead asked and I told him what furniture to move and a few pieces to leave. One big piece that I'm unable to move outside was put in the master bedroom. In the master and 2nd bedroom, they blocked electrical outlets with bedframes. Since I'm a senior with physical disabilities, I am unable to move the bedframes away to have access to these needed outlets.

The guys were great. They worked together seamlessly and were very careful with our stuff - quick and efficient. On the billing, i had a question still outstanding about whether i was to receive a 10% discount from the Crye Leike referral to Black Tie.

The three gentlemen were professional, friendly, helpful, and did a good job getting my belongings packed and moved. This move was unexpected so having them helping me made things a lot better

Absolutely the best move I’ve ever had! Everyone from the office to the moving crew was friendly, helpful, and professional. My moving crew was so fun and kind…it was almost like having friends help move. 🙂

There were too many items left behind. Weve made two trips to retrieve them, but we have more to go. It's a good thing we didn't move cross-country.

The movers, Tye and J, were very professional as well as personable. The ydefinitly represented themselves and the company well!
