Ben at Blade in Swindon helped me exchange my wicked R1 for a tamer and more practical (for a 63-year old) Yamaha Tracer 9 GT. Love the bike, happy with whole process and the 0% finance helped me justify it all to my wife (always tricky - lol).

My motorbike was brought into Stratford upon Avon, it was struggling to start, and was having issues once it was running and running very rough. Phil, Rich and Darren in workshops worked some form of magic, and after fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing it, She is back up and running happily again! I cant thank these guys enough for their work and knowledge!

I purchased a Harley Davidson Street Glide Special from Blade Harley Abingdon. From the outset the Sales team namely Mark Firth & Jack Faulkner were instrumental in ensuring the motorcycle was prepared to the highest standard possible. As this was my first purchase from Harley, I had many questions. They were all answered with care, patience & understanding. As this was a second hand purchase, I did have some minor issue (namely the push button fuel cap was not functioning properly. Mark organised the part I needed & sent it to my address to help resolve it with the assistance of Service Manager Kim Barrow. I have since been
offered continued after sales care from the team at Harley Blade group in Abingdon.

Just purchased a used Harley Sportster S from the Abingdon branch. After an initial enquiry about a bike they had in stock but had been reserved, Mark Frith was very helpful in locating a suitable alternative. He was able to arrange a decent price for my part ex and for the new bike, and kept me regularly updated on its progress throughout the buying process despite it falling over the Christmas period. The delivery driver also couldn’t have been more helpful when dropping my bike off and taking the old one away.

I brought my Yamaha into Blade in Stratford Upon Avon just seeing if they could help me with my front light. Spoke to Adam who pointed out a few other issues with my bike and he also showed me how to adjust the chain and fit a front light myself.
