Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom.
Wasn't entirely sure what we wanted, when first looking at new bathrooms, but Nina was an excellent help in offering advice & suggestions. Was brilliant to see our design via computer design, prior to agreeing.
The fitters were very respectful of our home, we were a bit apprehensive about workmen being in & out of the house, especially during the damp weather, but they covered all carpets & flooring prior to commencing the work, & cleaned up each day.
Our only criticism was we felt the work could have been finished earlier, especially being very close to Christmas. The fitters appeared to have a very heavy work load & some work days were sporadic with attendance.
However, the finished product was everything we wanted & for that I would still highly recommend Blaydon bathrooms.

My partner and I highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms following our recent experience. Nina in the showroom was fantastic at helping us pick out our perfect bathroom and guide us through the stages, what to expect, and talking us through the design that Gemma had produced for us - all of which was first class. The tiles we had specified during the design were no longer available by the time the install was about to start but David found a much better replacement at the last minute. Matty and Nick were brilliant throughout the installation and accommodated everything we needed. The new bathroom is better than we could have imagined!

11/10 to this company. From the moment we entered the showroom we were provided with a warm friendly and professional service. Jack could not have been more helpful and we were given time to look around the showroom without being pestered. Jack then spent time explaining the products and was very knowledgeable. His designs were ideal for what we required. Dan the fitter arrived on time, and like Jack, was very professional. We altered a few things during fitting and it did not pose a problem for Jack or Dan. The best bit of all was the finished product. We are thrilled with it. Thank you so much to Blaydon Bathrooms, Jack and Dan. I could not recommend this firm enough. It is so nice to deal with people who do exactly what they say they will do.

From the first minute Blaydon bathrooms make you feel at ease. The process went like clockwork, from initial meeting, to choosing the product,the fitting and final payment.
The fitter (Kevin, Kevin the helper) and the twin tilers were professional and respectful of their surroundings. Their job was exceptional and very tidy. The salesman (jack) went above and beyond his job title, so very impressed by him Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

Kev - I would recommend Blaydon Bathrooms the quality of materials used and the care throughout whilst a few niggles were identified during the overall process, Connor and the guys were approachable and in essence couldn't do more to help or answer any questions we had during install. Any issues I was advised to call and Jack (showroom) said you know where we are if you need any assistance, which is top drawer.

I would certainly recommend Blaydon bathrooms, nothing was a problem from first consultation to finished product, bathroom is beautiful and products first class, well done to Blanton bathrooms

From planning to finishing ,the service from blaydon bathrooms was exceptional.after care service is pretty good as well.Jack from the showroom keeps in touch to see if everything is to my satisfaction.Which it is.Paul and his team were friendly helpful and are at the other end of phone if I need advice .

Great customer service, with very friendly and helpful staff. Jack from the showroom was amazing, with good communication and always happy to help with anything, however small. The designers were great and we love how the new bathroom looks. The fitter, Connor, did a great job and although the job took longer than expected (due to issues specific to our property), it was done to a very high standard and we are incredibly pleased with the whole process and finished product. Thank you all!

I was impressed from the start with the service from BB, Andrew in the showroom was great and changed bits of the design I requested and was not pushy about a sale. The fitters, Ian and Paul were great, did a very professional job and dealt with all my little issues well. Ian kept in regular contact, even when he finishes his parts of the job, checking all was going well and smoothly and advising where needed. Anthony did a wonderful job and Dave was in regular contact and had a great manner, always reassuring me. I love the finished bathroom, wasn't simple and lots of hiccups but great service in general. Thank you, highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish! My bathroom has gone from looking like it belongs in beamish to now being 5* hotel luxury. From the initial meeting with Jack and deciding what bits I liked and didn’t, to even changing my mind about the colour of brass ware at the last minute, nothing was ever a bother! The fitters were fabulous too, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Amazing experience from start to finish and I’d highly recommend Blaydon bathrooms to everyone. Thank you so much I absolutely love my bathroom now!

Excellent consultation from start to finish.
Andrew listened to my ideas and recommended the ideal bathroom for my needs. Nothing was a bother at all.
The whole process went smoothly with excellent communication between Blaydon bathrooms and myself. It was a stress free experience and I can’t thank them enough.
The instillation was done in a timely manner without any problems. Paul the installer was on time, courteous and tidied up at the end of each day. He was respectful of my property and has done an excellent job, I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend Blaydon bathrooms .

We had our family bathroom designed and installed by Blaydon Bathrooms just over 2 years ago and were so impressed with the service that we didn’t need to think twice about where to go for the downstairs cloakroom.
The service from the first meeting with Kevin in the showroom to the end result has been outstanding. Our fitters, Kev and Kev were excellent, so efficient, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Kev installed our bathroom so we were delighted that he was back for this job.

So happy with my new bathroom, it’s beautiful. I got a few quotes but went with Blaydon as they came up with a great design and took the whole thing off my hands. When I visited the showroom Jack was totally amenable to the changes I wanted and was very patient. The fitters, Ian and Paul were first class - nought was a bother and they were very patient with all my questions. They were also very tidy and respectful of my property. Great process from start to finish and kev the fitter was absolutely fantastic. The fit took just over a week, from ripping our bathroom out to finishing and the rubbish being taken away, and we were able to give kev a key so that there was no impact on us at all.
