Love my new bathroom and downstairs w.c. Jack designed bathroom perfectly and it was installed by Adam with help of Dave. They did an excellent job and were extremely tidy and sorted any problems straight away.

Really pleased with our newly refurbished en-suite. Highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms for the service they provided. Top quality products and attention to detail from fitters was outstanding. Communication was brilliant and any issues dealt with immediately. Thanks again to all the team at Blaydon Bathrooms.

Recently had my entire bathroom re-designed and refitted. I’m over the moon with the finished job. Can’t recommend this company enough. From beginning to end they had everything covered. Smooth process with no problems at all. Thanks to everyone involved for giving me my dream bathroom! Blaydon bathrooms have just completed refit for our family bathroom - design, fitting, plastering, tiling, electrics and painting! Can’t fault the service of the whole team. Tailored design with Kevin at the showroom which fulfilled everything we asked for and personalised to include all my design requests. Our fitters Kev and Kev were fantastic and have delivered more than we could ask for and were so efficient in their hard work. Any issues or questions dealt with quickly. We’re so happy with our new bathroom.

Andrew at Blaydon bathrooms was extremely helpful in dealing with a matter for me. I have used them before and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I explained I needed a rubber seal to fit a bath he knew exactly what I needed & sourced it for me .

We went into this with no idea of what we wanted. From the minute someone came to measure up, giving us advice on colour schemes etc to the minute we met Jack, our dreams were turned into reality. He walked us through the showroom and explained all the materials and goods that would be used in the renovation. We had the bath ripped out and replaced with a walk in shower. We absolutely love the anti steam mirror which is a luxury!!! It really is the bathroom that we wished for and that's down to the designer, Jack and Simon the fitter. We've had some problems along the way but they've been ironed out almost immediately. Jack has been there all the way and is a pleasure to speak to. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend this bathroom company we went to their showroom and were shown around all the products and tiles etc as well as giving a design from all angles. They listened to everything we wanted and were able to accommodate thank you so much the bathroom is amazing Paul the fitter and the lads were absolutely outstanding, so friendly, tidy and nothing was a bother to them at all. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone as well as Blaydon Bathrooms we are so pleased 😀

Read many reviews and decided to visit the showroom to look at the quality of products available. Having waited 20 years to change my bathroom I wanted the very best. Wanted my bath removing and a large walk in shower although my bathroom is very small. Jack designed the room to my spec and products used were excellent. We did have a few snaggs which Jack jumped on immediately and was contactable after hours which was appreciated. Overall I am very happy with my bathroom. "We got there in the end Jack, thank you".

Designers of our bathroom made some excellent recommendations for better use of a small space. The bathroom materials were of excellent quality and have been fitted to a high standard. Jack helped us throughout the process offering alternatives and support with an ASHP install. The process was smooth and all aspects of the bathroom fitting were taken care of. We visited the showroom back in February and were impressed from the minute we walked through the door. We were greeted by Jack and went over some ideas, he listened to what we did and what we didn't want. He visited our home to take photos and measurements of the bathroom, and we were invited in a week later to see the design. After a couple of minor tweaks, we booked in a date, we were lucky to get one of the remaining dates in April. The fitters arrived as promised and on time on the first day and the work started. Kevin the fitter was great and a few minor ammendments were made at his suggestion during the installation which took approximately 8 days. Kevin and the floor fitter even came on the weekend so as to get the job finished in a timely fashion. The result is amazing, the bathroom looks stunning, we are so pleased with it. The service we received from start to finish from the whole team was second to none. Would highly recommend 👌

Excellent throughout. Jack spent time listening to what I wanted so new bathroom works for me. From design to fitting and finishing everything was ran smoothly. Absolutely recommend

From start to finish very happy with everything. They come out to measure and take photos then you are invited to the showroom to view their ideas which were excellent. They make good use of the available space and after choosing tiles, shower, basin, taps etc the design is firmed up, competitively priced and booked into the diary. Any subsequent changes are discussed and amendments made as required with no fuss. The fitters made suggestions along the way and minor adjustments were easily accommodated with advice gladly accepted. All staff friendly and professional. The end result for me is a bathroom looking a million dollars at an affordable price.

We use BB middle of 2023 for 2 of our bathrooms. The showroom, staff and the patience on choosing a design were all fantastic and the works completed by the contractor was great. However you’re letting yourself down on one simple thing….aftercare!
I remember being quite shocked that no one from BB visit themselves afterwards. If someone is spending the best part of £10-20k I would have thought this was basic courtesy aftercare. Snagging is left to the customer & although I did inform BB of some issues I ended up dealing with the contractor directly.
I’m still waiting to hear back about half of the black matt that has come away from the bath plug, last conversation was early March.
Overall, yes the showroom, design is all great but as I’ve said the aftercare is poor from what I have seen.

What attracted me to use this company was the 5 star reviews. I got in contact with them and I had a visit from Jack. I highly recommend this company, they are very friendly professionals the whole team!

After my first quote from another company I was apprehensive about getting my the job done. I have to say Jack was very friendly and very professional. He asked what I was thinking but I didn’t really know just wanted something different and to put my shower and bath together. Jack took measurements and explained that he be in contact with a beautiful design to come and visit the showroom and see the products we going to install. There was no high sales pitch and Jack actually said a couple of ideas that we can do and make it fantastic as it was a good size room to work on. His persona got me excited again about having the bathroom done.
Visited the showroom Jack went through step by step about the design and the products and showed me my new bathroom on a tv (all I could think was this is going to be expensive in my head )and went through everything. At the end gave the price which wasn’t the cheapest and wasn’t the most expensive. It was in the middle of other quotes I had. But what really sold the deal was that Jack wasn’t pushy with sales and he was very pleasant to talk to. He basically gave all the details best way to pay and wished me good luck and he hoped I would be the one he goes for.
I have not regretted my decision and I am so pleased to have gone with this company. I highly recommend them during the period of agreeing to the bathroom and the fitters the company answered any questions I had and queries, they where always in contact during the fitting as well if there was anything that has changed or needed addressing.
The fitters Paul came with his team and started on time. The whole team came in company vans and were very friendly and professional. They even laid plastic sheeting down to protect the carpets. What I also liked a lot was the fact I had the option to either keep a toilet in place till the last minute or to hand my house keys over they locked up after the finished each night. Loved that option. I stayed somewhere else. The job took about a week excluding the weekend. All the contractors they use were very professional and came in time.
The finished job looks amazing and I love it. Well done to everyone involved!

Kev and Ian turned up bang on time, they put all the protective sheeting down and even done individual steps on the staircase. At the end of each day Kev informed me what had been done and explained what would happen the following day. After every day they cleaned up everything. The quality of the workmanship was second to none. Everything was done to a very high standard and no corners were cut. Once the job was complete Kev and Ian went through everything and explained how things worked. I can't recommend Blaydon Bathrooms enough. Everything went to plan from start to finish. A top class company!

Everyone from Jack in the saleroom to the people who removed the rubbish were pleasant and helpful did a wonderful job and always came when they said they would! I would not hesitate to recommend Blaydon bathrooms to anyone looking to replace their shower/bathroom.

We bought all items for our ensuite shower room from Blaydon Bathrooms. We did supply only as we have a friend who is a plumber. All items ordered and received in time, shower changed due to a technical issue but wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone. 5* service. Thank you x
