I missed the delivery however there was…
I missed the delivery however there was not way to track the parcel (3rd party delivery service). I contacted BD and my parcel was found and delivered within the next two days; was also contacted thereafter to make sure my item was as aspected with no faults. Great customer service.

Order very easy. Turned up on the date given. Easy to fit as they were just replacements.

Customer service could be better when things go wrong
When the blind arrived it had not been cut parallel so there was a gap of 1” from one end to the other. After many emails and photos showing the problem a new blind was despatched and it fitted perfectly. This proved that my original window measurements were correct, unfortunately it took a lot of effort to convince BlindsDirect.
All well in the end but their customer service needs to be better

Overall a good choice
Your website is not intuitive to navigate. I found it difficult at times to find what I wanted. I liked that you offer FOC samples, and that was really helpful in making final choices. You messed up sending some samples (twice!) and I missed the cut off date for your sale, but your staff were very helpful on the phone, and were able to offer me the sale prices that I thought I’d missed out on. The blinds were well packaged and are good quality. The written instructions for installation were ok but the videos were better.
