I had to change an order because I made a mess of the measurements, Katie helped me and nothing was too much trouble. I had surefit insurance and it was well worth paying. I am old school and got my inches and cms muddled up 🤦♀️.
The blinds are great and all the others (measured correctly) look fabulous in our windows.

From ordering to receiving the blind everything was great. The blind is fabulous and looks beautiful in my bedroom. My only disappointment is that the sheer size of the blind leaves the pull cord too short so I have to stand on a stool to operate it. Given the dimensions I would have thought a longer cord would have been estimated.

Great products and service
I’ve purchased twice from Blinds Direct. Great quality. Essy to install (we went for no drill versions). We had a couple of glitches with the second order. They suggested solutions and then arranged a replacement so very happy with their service, will order again as needed and recommend them if you’re looking for blinds. Thanks Shanelle for sorting the replacement and to Blinds Direct generally for both great products and great service.

Wrong in so many ways.Communication is the worst I have come across. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I was also wrong about the above.. Once i got in touch with the right person .Siobhan(Thanks!!) sorted out the problem and sent out the required parts. It was a shame that it got as far as it did as we were well pleased with the quality of the rest of the order. Used them before this and this has restored our faith in them and would use again.
