This company completely misrepresented…

This company completely misrepresented the blinds I ordered. The pictures on their website showed the blinds with similar color brackets and hem bar. I was also told that the hardware would be the same color as the blinds. When the blinds arrived they were a strong black contrasting color from the shades themselves, making the blinds look cheap and hideous. When I contacted Blindsgalore I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty because it was an aesthetic issue. I’m out $3,600.

Canada’s Failed leadership …

Well with Canada headed to hell really fast due to our illegitimate government it pushes investment out as well as retail sales. I’m glad you guys are offering good deals and I appreciate it.

OVERSIZE BLINDS NO PROBLEM FOR BLINDSGALORE

Ordered a 103" continuous 1" aluminum blind. I was originally concerned how they were going to ship undamaged such a large blind from Calif to the East Coast. Arrived perfectly enclosed in a triangle box with a wooden plank perfectly supporting it inside the box. Have no fear ordering a large blind from them. All the hardware needed was there. It took 45 minutes to unbox the blind and another hour to install it. It was not hard to install the blind since it hooked onto the front of the clips and you just press the unit into it. This should be a DYI project and doesn't necessarily require professional help. Blind is beautiful and this one was ordered with electronic controls which worked perfectly. I will order from them in the future and made the entire transaction through their website without the need for customer service support.

Cordless Cellular Shade

Ordered my first ever National Cordless Cellular Shade in February 2025. Installed in March and loved it. In late March '26 I pulled down the shade and one side wouldn't come down. Reached out via email to ask advise of problem and how to reorder. Was totally not expecting what came next. Received an email within 1 business day that my reorder was placed, free of charge. No questions asked. I've been in the service industry for 40 years. It's all about excellent service. Blindsgalore is the best.

It did take a long time to receive my order and the communication on it wasn’t great. I do love the blinds though. Except for the side pieces they give to cover the hardware. Those are awful and I left them off and it looks better.
